Herman Miller spent decades getting us into office cubicles, then spent the
next couple apologizing with comfortable chairs. They have a device called
Babble that does the same thing Babbler does, intended to make open office
plans less distracting. It helps block out that guy next to you who can't stop
talking about his cat or his girlfriend, or the sales team in that conference
room with walls that stop at the drop ceiling.
