In Canada (where this network is based out of) there are copyright privileges
called Fair Dealings, similar to Fair Use in the USA but more relaxed and
permissable.  In Canada, under Fair Dealings you are allowed to copy 10% of a
work or a single article from that work.  Because of this I have uploaded
several files from a selection of PDF magazines.  One article per magazine is
on offer at no cost.  I have had a subscription to EyeSpy for several years
and I can assure you it is quality content.  So consider this as getting your
feet wet in the sampling of EyeSpy Magazine, that you may end up geting a
subscription yourself to this intriguing magazine.  Below is a list of the

by connecting to fishingnet.phatstar.org:7777, entering "bbs" , going to
FILES, then to /AA then to /SP then to AREA, selecting "Excerpts: EyeSpy
Magazine" and listing the directory and finally downloading the PDFs.
