The Myers-Briggs peronality type profile is very useful and accurate. Knowing
your self if necessary to winning battles (Sun Tzu, The Art of War). Once you
know your personality profile you will have a better undertanding of what
drives you. If you get your friends' profiles you should be able to be a
better friend by knowing what drives the mental processes of your friends.
