This reminds me of back in the day when there were lineups
 in the SovietUnion for bread and other basi
c food that the people would have to queuefor... 
with the USA's government "shutdown" 
we're looking at a very badsituation.
  If the government can't pay its bills the 
USA's national securityis affected, whet
her the government itself admits that or not.  When 
youcan't pay your security contractors you end up
 making "soldiers of fortune"who are b
asically mercenaries who have gone from government man to freelance
intelligence.  Back in the Soviet days people were s
o in need of basicnecessities that some nuclear materials we
nt "missing."  Which means that the
nuclear problem was no longer East vs. West, 
but rather The World vs. whoever
can pay for the most dangerous weapons in existence.  Money 
talks, and whenyou're in debt in the 
Trillions of dollars you've got a very dangerous
