about investing and risk before you invest a penny.  Û ÛÛ Û
  With large interest in investment its probably either illegal,Û
 ÛÛ Û  immoral, or tainted. If you take a risk, you are hold
ing theÛ ÛÛ Û  possibility of realizing the financial l
oss if the risk comes toÛ ÛÛ Û  fruition.  If you spend 
more money than you earn you are headed down  Û ÛÛ Û  a path
 that leads to bankruptcy. If governments make less money from  Û Û
Û Û  taxes and investment than they spend on services those governments    Û
 ÛÛ Û  are going to collape, whether that be sooner or later
