I think by now law enforcement is assuming this was a crazy depressed person with a lot of time on their hands who wanted to blow themselves up.  They put a lot of effort into making sure no one was hurt, but did cause a lot of property damage.  

This guy and the Killdozer guy are probably enjoying themselves in the afterlife.
