Ever find yourself in a car chase where you're the get-away driver?  No...
well just on the off-chance that that will one day be you... not that being a
get-away driver is being encouraged... However, for educational purposes only
there are devices that look kind of like the Dungeons and Dragons three sided
dice.  If you throw these things out of your back window you will have the
people following you stopped in short-order.  They are perfectly balanced to
blow out tires.  You can find them on eBay sometimes.  These were used
extensively during WWII by the SOE (Special Operations Executive).  An
interesting piece of history...
