Why 3D print it? You can buy everything you need to make a single shot
firearm from any hardware store. Such improvised firearms are generally
referred to as "zip guns".

Here in Canada there's a small but active community of hobbyists who build
their own firearms; it's generally legal so long as you construct firearms in
accordance with the legislation which restricts their form and function, and
of course so long as you have a firearms license.
