OK, I've setup AirChat on my notebook with success... regarding configuration and setup on Raspberry... it seems successful, but I've used a more powerful Orange PI mod. PC with Ubuntu Vivid distro - as audio IN-OUT I had a spare and nice SoundBlaster LIVE 24 DAC USB external to use, and a friend of mine built the correct cables to connect to the rxtx - it works, and another nice thing is that you can browse the local URL of the AirChat service from the smartphone or another PC, and send messages over air from there - obviously, you've to configure AirChat service autostart or exec it manually after the boot. My side, I've not had particular problems, and with more supported classic-raspberry platform, it can be only easier. As said before, the only important missing thing is a full audio IN-OUT ports presence in these little boards, but we can use also cheap USB audio dongles, with the custom cables.
