I don't know, but just about everything else can be found. I've been wanting
to do this also for along time now. Another idea is to find local HAM radio
clubs, locate them to see who is who.. In the past, I had access to a friend
that was very HAM radio savy. I moved away and lost connect with him. Finding
resource that you can use someday .. can sometime be right around the corner.
