I was able to find an older free version 1.9.8 and installed it. I'm having
issues with editing the INI file. Here is what my log shows.

I don't understand how I get the shoutcast DSP plugin to auto connect? it
keeps doing an auto connect/disconnect in a loop. Plus I'm not sure what
ports need to get forward in my router for this thing to work. {shrug}
