My late father was a PhD in Physics (I don't know where I went wrong, Metal
and Marijuana at a young age?) And he used to tell me about using Fortran and
punch cards. He had BOXES of them in the basement. Many of them may still be
there. Granted this was back in the late 60's and early 70's when he did his
Doctoral Thesis on something to do with nuclear energy.
