FULL STORY ====================================================================== I was patiently waiting for Amazon to kick off its Prime Big Deal Days sale next week, but it seems the retailer is bored of hanging around until then and has launched dozens of early deals in the UK. What's even more of a surprise is that I'm seeing some Black Friday-level deals up for grabs on TVs, Kindles, tablets, and smart home tech so I've gathered up 28 of the best offers I'd buy right now. Shop all the best early Prime Day deals As is always the case with a Prime Day sale, the biggest discounts and lowest prices are available on lots of Amazon devices. That means you can get Fire TV Sticks, Ring Doorbells, and Blink cameras from as little as 14.49 . Many of these are even cheaper than they were during the previous Prime Day in July. It's also a good time to shop for a new e-reader. The standard Kindle and mid-range Kindle Paperwhite may not be reduced just yet, but you can get the Kindle Colorsoft for 169.99 (was 239.99) that's a record-low price for Amazon's latest and vibrant ereader. I've spotted several super-cheap basket fillers that could be a little treat with payday just behind us. For example, there's the Anker PowerCore 10K Power Bank for 12.98 (was 17.99), the Philips One Blade for 34.99 (was 54.99), and an Amazon Fire HD 8 Tablet for 49.99 (was 99.99). I fully expect there will be more deals to come as we get closer to the Prime Big Deal Days sale on Oct 7 - 8, so do check in regularly as I update this guide with all of the best offers I come across. Early Amazon Prime Day deals - quick links Amazon Devices: from 19.99 Blink : cameras from 14.49 Fire TV Stick : from 19.99 Kindles: up to 70 off Laptops : from 149.99 Ring : up to 60% off cameras & doorbells Tablets : Fire Tabs from 49.99 TVs : from 169.99 28 best early Amazon Prime Day deals This is a handy and affordable power bank from the popular and well-rated Anker brand. It sports a sleek and slim design that makes it easy to carry around, while it can still recharge many mobiles up to two times over. There's only a single port to charge one device at a time but that's not a huge issue if you just want a cheap power bank for your phone. View Deal Amazon's early Prime Day deals include the Echo Pop for the low price of 22.99. This is the cheapest Echo device you can buy right now and one that we found was fun, if somewhat basic, in our Echo Pop review . For the money, however, you get a compact smart speaker with Alexa built in, so you can play music, ask questions, and check the weather completely hands-free. It has fallen to 17.99 in the past for Prime members, but I'd still say it's a decent buy at a little over 20. View Deal Amazon's best-selling Echo Dot is down to under 30 ahead of Prime Day an OK offer, but far from the previous record-low of 21.99. Nevertheless, the Echo Dot offers an improved audio experience, plus a new temperature sensor and all the handy features from Alexa, like playing music, answering questions, and checking the weather completely hands-free. As far as a cheap and cheerful smart speaker goes, it's one of the better options out there. View Deal Amazon brought back a brand-new version of its Echo Spot smart clock recently, and it's slashed 35 off the price for Prime Day. That's a new record-low price. As well as a time display and wake-up alerts, this compact bit of kit can play music, check the weather and control other smart devices throughout your home. View Deal The Kindle Colorsoft is down to a new low price as part of Amazon Prime Day. As Amazon's first and only colored Kindle, it's a must-have if you love reading travel guides, graphic novels, and other genres with a lot of images and photographs or just want to view your entire ebook library in its full colour glory. The ereader is also USB-C and wireless charging compatible, lasts up to eight weeks on a full battery, and has enough storage for thousands of books. View Deal This updated version of the Kindle Scribe doesn't get discounted often, so this early Prime Day deal is worth snapping up while you can. The Scribe combines some of the best features of the Kindle Paperwhite, such as the glare-free and auto-adjusting display, along with the option to take notes, comment on documents, and doodle using the included stylus pen. Our Kindle Scribe review was down on some missing features that have been added in recent updates, so this is now much better value for money as a multi-functional device. View Deal If you need more power capacity than the cheaper option above, this Anker Power Bank 325 is also a great buy in the early Prime Day sale. It doubles the capacity to 20,000mAh, which is enough to charge an iPhone 15 up to four times and a Samsung Galaxy S25 up to three times. Plus, there multiple ports so you can use it with up to two devices at the same time. View Deal As the name suggests, the Fire TV Stick 4K streams shows and movies on your TV in ultra-high 4K resolution, with access to all the major apps and voice control support through Alexa. It's a good offer for a solid streaming stick that could be an upgrade to some slower and clunkier in-built TV services and apps. Be aware, though, that the previous generation version has been as low as 22.99 before but that was over three years ago. Chances of seeing that price again are slim and this is actually a record-low price for the newest model. View Deal Another streaming stick, another return to the lowest-ever price. The newest version of Amazon's premium streaming device, the Fire TV Stick 4K Max, streams the same content in the same quality as the standard 4K version, but the extra power inside means you get faster performance when navigating apps and searching for shows. Plus, it uses WiFi 6E technology to give you a more stable and consistent streaming experience over the majority of built-in TV services and apps. View Deal Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days sale includes this 40-inch TV on sale for a record-low price of 174.99. While the Amazon 2-Series TV is just a basic HD display, you get smart capabilities with the Fire TV experience and Amazon Alexa on board for hands-free control at a bargain price. It's far from the best TV in the world, but if you need something small and basic for the kitchen or a kid's room, then this is fine for the job. View Deal The 50-inch Amazon Fire TV is the mid-sized version of the budget-friendly 4-Series range and it's now down to its lowest-ever price. It's a nice buy if you're on a budget, as the premium 4K resolution delivers excellent clarity and picture quality for TV shows, movies, sports and general viewing. All major streaming apps are ready to go, too, plus there's voice control support through Alexa. It's an all-around solid TV for the price that I'd buy if I needed an affordable and capable display. View Deal Amazon's Fire TV Omni QLED Series is a big step up in the otherwise cheap and cheerful range of smart TVs. This set boasts premium features, including a QLED display for better brightness and contrast, HDR and Dolby Vision for brighter and more vivid colours, local array dimming for richer blacks and HDMI 2.1 support to deliver a top-quality picture for all-around viewing and fast response times for gaming. It's not always easy to find a TV of this size and with these high-end features for under 400, so it's an excellent buy for the budget-conscious without compromising on quality. View Deal The Eufy G50 is very budget-friendly even at full price, but now it's even more so thanks to this early Prime Day deal, which takes 90 off. A maximum suction of 4,000Pa is extremely good for the price, and the onboard bin is surprisingly generously sized at 600ml. For this price, expect basic navigation and a design suited to general whole-home cleans rather than anything more specific. Although we haven't reviewed this specific model yet, we generally rate Eufy highly as a brand, and the value for money is impressive. View Deal If you're looking for a deal on a smart home display, then the cheapest offer at Amazon is the latest generation Echo Show 5 on sale for 49.99. That's only 5 more than the record low, so it's a strong deal for a straightforward smart home display that's packed with features and includes the Amazon Alexa assistant for easy voice controls to get alerts, weather updates, play music, watch videos, and more. View Deal If you're looking for a slightly bigger smart home display, Amazon has the latest Echo Show 8 on sale for 89.99 that's a return to the record-low price. The eight-inch display allows you to make calls, watch movies, check the weather, and control compatible smart home devices completely hands-free thanks to Alexa compatibility. The addition of room-filling spatial audio gives a big boost to all of these features to improve sound quality. View Deal This second Amazon Prime Day of the year has the top-rated Blink Video Doorbell on sale for under 25 a new record-low price. The Blink Video Doorbell is a cheap and easy way to get alerts to your phone when motion is detected or when guests are at your door. It features infrared night video, long-lasting battery life, compatibility with other smart devices and displays, and two-way audio to speak to visitors. View Deal Amazon has the latest Blink Outdoor 4 security camera on sale for 31.49. At this lowest-ever price, it's one of my top picks from the early Prime Day deals if you want to dabble with some cheap smart home tech. The 4th-generation outdoor security camera features two-way audio, a two-year battery life, and works with Amazon Alexa for hands-free control and interconnectivity with other smart devices. View Deal The new Blink Mini 2 has a couple of nice upgrades compared to the previous model, including an in-built spotlight, night view in colour support and the option to use it outdoors with the weather-resistant adaptor. Aside from that, it offers the same raft of security features such as motion detection, two-way audio and smartphone app integration. This offer is a new record-low price and best of all, you don't need to be a Prime member to get it. View Deal The latest wireless Ring Doorbell has been discounted to a new record-low price ahead of next week's Prime Day. We've tested more advanced versions and have been impressed with the video quality and night vision colour, but it's a shame that some of this device's value is usable exclusively with a Ring Protect subscription. However, if you're fine with paying for a subscription or already using a Ring-based home security system, it'll be worth the cost. View Deal The Philips OneBlade 360 is a quick, simple and affordable electric razor that's suitable for a wide variety of face and body grooming needs. It's now down within a few pounds of the cheapest price I've ever seen, making it a great early buy ahead of Prime Big Deal Days. This bundle includes the handle as well as one extra blade, an adjustable comb, and a USB-A charging cable. View Deal The iO range is usually a more expensive option in Oral-B's range of electric toothbrushes, but this is a decent deal on the entry-level option that's also bundled with a few handy extras. It doesn't boast many high-end features but it has the basic ones you really need to brush your teeth effectively and efficiently, including a two-minute timer and a visible pressure sensor. Plus, you get a refill holder, charger pouch and travel case included for free. View Deal One of the best budget air fryer deals available at Amazon right now is this heavily reduced Tefal Easy Fry. It's a decent-sized 8.3L model that's almost at the same price as smaller 5-litre options I've seen at other retailers. We haven't personally reviewed this model at TechRadar, but it's from a trusted brand and is back down to the lowest price I've seen all year. In fact, it's the same offer that I saw during last year's Black Friday. View Deal A new version of the Amazon Fire HD 8 tablet was only released less than a year ago and it's back to the record-low price for Prime Day. While not the most powerful tablet out there, the Fire HD 8 has what you need to cover the essentials, such as web browsing, sending emails, watching videos and a little light gaming. Battery life is impressive at up to 13 hours, so it's good to take on the go or if you're just chilling on the couch. View Deal The Amazon Fire HD 10 sports one of the largest screens across the range, making everything you do much easier to see. Plus, it has a convenient 5MP front-facing camera for taking video calls. It all comes together to provide a slightly faster and more appealing way to use a tablet, while still keeping costs down and providing handy Alexa support. Best of all, today's offer is a new record-low price by a huge margin. View Deal The Fire Max 11 is a bold play by Amazon to muscle in on the iPad's more premium turf, with a 2.2GHz octa-core chip (paired to 4GB RAM), which the company claims makes it almost 50% faster than its next-fastest tablet. A sharp 11-inch 1200 x 2000 display, Dolby Atmos audio and up to 14 hours of battery life round out a promising spec sheet on this larger and decent everyday tablet. Today's offer is fine, but it has been 15 cheaper in the past. View Deal Mesh Wi-Fi systems sound like a fancy and complex bit of tech, but they're effectively just a way to improve or expand Wi-Fi coverage around your home especially if you live in a larger space. This set gets you a router and an extender at a massively reduced price that you can spread around your home to eliminate dead zones and get a more reliable connection. View Deal Amazon Kindle Unlimited: three months free Kindle Unlimited is a great service if you read a lot of books or you cant settle on just one genre. Sign up and you have access to a near never-ending supply of fiction and non-fiction, including biographies, self-help books, and foreign language novels. There are even audiobooks, too, though dont expect the same quantity as you get with Audible. View Deal Amazon Music Unlimited: four months free More into your tunes? You can also get a lengthy 4-month trial of Music Unlimited: Amazons premium music streaming service. Unlike the free tier or the basic Amazon Music Prime benefit, Music Unlimited provides ad-free listening, the ability to download songs for offline playback, and high-definition and spatial audio options. With over 11 million tracks, you're sure to be covered regardless of taste, too. View Deal OK, it's technically not a deal, but given how it's been a struggle to find Nintendo Switch 2 stock at times and how popular the latest console is, I thought I'd let you know this bundle has been going in and out of stock at Amazon. As well as the Nintendo Switch 2 console, you also get a copy of Mario Kart World, making this a better value way to buy both at the same time. View Deal This great value bundle gives you two of the best devices for any new smart home setup. The Ring Video Doorbell offers high-quality HD video, crisp night vision, easy-to-use two-way talk options, a lengthy battery life and alerts to your phone or other smart home devices. That includes the Echo Dot, which comes in this bundle. The stylish speaker also makes it easy to control the rest of your smart home, play music, get weather updates, ask about the latest news, and more. View Deal This entry-level electric toothbrush is a good buy while it's less than half price at Amazon ahead of Prime Day. It doesn't boast many impressive high-end features but it has the basic ones you really need to brush your teeth effectively and efficiently, including a two-minute timer and a visible pressure sensor. Plus, you get a handy carry case included for free. It was 10 cheaper in the past, so that offer could return in a couple of weeks, but that'll be just for Prime members only. View Deal The Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet is down to its cheapest price ever in the retailer's Prime Day deals plus it includes a pair of screen protectors for free. We found it was a solid everyday option for browsing, reading, and streaming in our Amazon Fire HD 10 review , so it's a great buy if you use Amazon's services, such as Prime Video and Kindle ebooks. Battery life is solid, storage is fine enough at 32GB, and the 10.1-inch display means it can also serve well as a smart display around the home when not in use. View Deal It's not the most glamorous deal but this is a good price for a set of 24 batteries at Amazon from the big-name brand Duracell. These are always a handy buy for a variety of tech items and gadgets. View Deal Priding itself on simplicity, the Nespresso Vertuo Plus Coffee Maker is there to provide coffee shop-quality brews without needing to pay extra. It has a one-touch brewing system, so even if youre half asleep, youre all set for the day here. Blend-specific brewing and automatic adaptation to the capsules you insert mean you really dont have to be a coffee expert to make the most of this machine. Today's price is the lowest we've seen since last year's Black Friday, so it's well worth considering. View Deal Display - 14-inch OLED Processor - Snapdragon X Plus RAM - 32G B Storage - 1TB This is an incredible combination of specs for the price, including a modern Snapdragon X Plus processor, a huge performance-boosting 32GB of RAM and a large 1TB SSD. These will make a lot of work and everyday tasks a breeze, and you get the huge benefit of a battery life of up to 19 hours. Plus, there's a gorgeous OLED display that delivers a clear and crisp image that's good for streaming your favourite shows and TV at the end of the day.
