Yeah man, I wouldn't wanna run ALL the stanzas every time something happened, 
like you only need to run a maintenance stanza once a day (well midnight for 
me), but the mailin.ini needs processing as soon as mail comes in, same for 
mailout.ini. 

My ini's aren't "perfect", but they work for me, and hopefully I have made it 
as efficient as possible for the majority of things. Open to anyone able to 
fine tune it further =)
