I use the terminal, I have an app on the cli that will parse ansi and spit out 
utf-8 equivalent chars, so the syntax would be something like;

cp437 cat somefile.ans

cp437 is the app, and that will in effect run cat somefile.ans and convert the 
cp437 chars to utf-8.

Syncterm FTW, Netrunner is not a patch on syncterm, seriously. There isnt 
nearly the fonts available in netrunner that syncterm has, syncterm also can 
display sixel images, and does ansi music. netrunner cant do anything near to 
this.

Stick with syncterm, seriously.
