I use the build in ANSI viewer in Mystic. I guess it's more of an editor
Also I've heard great things about Moebius.

The only upside (well depends) I've found about Netrunner is that the fonts
look smoother in larger screen modes with SDL. So, font anti aliasing is 
applied. This might be nice for some, but I prefer the crispy-er look without
anti aliasing. 

Syncterm is a real terminal program , so that wins hands down :)
