I have been wrestling with setting up Mystic MRC chat and have decided to make 
the leap.
I have a couple questions though.
I have MRCv10, is this the latest? Is there another I should be looking at 
setting up? 
To setup MRC do I need to setup a server or just the Client? I think just the 
client but I am not sure. The sysop.doc doesn't make that clear.

Any help would be appreciated.
