       Keto is a low carb, high fat, adequate protein diet. As a diabetic, I
       follow this to help maintain my blood sugar at a stable level without
       insulin and other medications.
       
       In the past I have kept a series of handwritten notes on the data for
       foods I eat. I'm now starting to move this all into text files which
       I'll share below.

           120   g Protein
           84    g Fat
