No, it's actually something that's come out from Google's Chrome, IIRC. The website is http://nodejs.org. It's a JRE designed for scalable network code. I think it really shines for coding web servers and services, tho it's wide enough to be used for most purposes. I have been toying with it, as it seems to be "decent" at coding network sockets for client or server.
