I was thinking it might actually be better to split it up now while there isn't
much traffic - Since there isn't a lot of discussion going on about C++ and C
right now, it would make for a fairly clean message area, and BBSes adding
DeveloperNet in the future would get the updated info for both the C++ and C
areas.
