I have tried the 5.0, 6.0, and 6.1 without any suc I'm not sure, but I imagine it might help to get a DOS C/C++ compiler, since it's the compiler that usually comes with the necessary header files for the platform. Borland C++ was probably the best known and most used for DOS C++ development (particularly, version 3 seemed very popular). Perhaps if you could find a copy of Borland C++ or another DOS C++ compiler somewhere, that might provide you with the necessary DOS header files.
