This question might be better categorized in the "Web Tech" sub-board.

I haven't looked into that, but Apache only serves up web pages and files, 
it's not what connects your programming language to databases and such.  What 
language are you developing your web stuff in (PHP, Python, etc.)?  You would 
have to find a programming library made for that language that connects to 
the Synchronet user database.
