Is there a way to lookup a ham operator by name?

I recently met an old family friend, but we forgot to exchange contact info (he
had a restless passenger, he had 3 more hrs to drive and it was already less
than 1hr before sunset).

I'd like to know if I can find more contact info of that guy, or perhaps get a
message relayed to him?
