You can just run it from the folder it's in

That's odd. It should load the info from the <tagname>.ini file. Please could 
you screenshot the error and mail to me?

<tagname>.ini and <tagname>.ECO

Yup. Just ran it here and updated my LITRPG echo .ECO file and sent it so we'll 
see if that generates any errors.
