You can connect the Z1BONE area. There are daily lists of echo and file areas 
of the areas available at 229/426.

The echolist is also released monthly in the ECHOLIST area. The archive 
contains a BACKBONE.NA based on areas maintained by the echolist.

FILEGATE.ZXX is also released monthly in the FG_WORF file area based on active
file areas in the filegate.
