I have nothing against JAMNNTPD, but I've often wondered: why does it get such 
high billing in the FIDONEWS? Does anyone even actually still run or support 
this software?

Okay, so they're the same server... just listed with 2 different hostnames.

.... so what's going on with this incessant reminder about a NNTP program that 
nobody apparently uses and specific servers that either don't use it or are 
just totally defunct.

Is anybody actually reading this? Does anyone care?
