Looks good to me. For anyone without native CP866 support there is 866_850.chs 
for GoldED, but the default one is ugly, I had to create my own 
(https://pb.bsrealm.net/view/raw/22d8a5ae). GUI viewers/editors shouldn't have 
any issues too.
