Very rare that we get that much snow around here. We had that big ice storm the year they had the Superbowl in Arlington, pretty much shut everything down. People in the Dallas area don't know how to drive properly in rain, let alone snow and ice, plus we don't have the infrastructure to properly cope with it. Just not used to that weather.
