You're correct.  I just didn't think about that.  I just meant that if you
do not have a license.

I'm marking 2025 my 28th year of being licensed.  I think I enjoy the hobby
even more now than I did when I was first licensed.

I also obtained a GMRS license recently.  My callsign is WSBW961.
