Or the idiots who don't know how to turn the VFO knob, at least they stay on a 
single frequency. Rather they stay to themselves than go around jamming other 
QSO or nets.  They have been there long before I was a ham and will be around a 
lot longer I presume.  If the FCC was going to do something, they would have 
done it by now.
