bulkhead removal series 2a or 3

hello
the 2 ties bolts on the bottom corner of the bulkhead, are they
screwed into the bulkhead or chassis, nut off ok but i cannot
move the bolt

so its just a bolt, its not screwed into anything??

It's just rusted in, keep spraying, whacking, and turning it.

Lots & lots of p-oil, some heat & serious force to get any
movement in the bolt will eventually see it moving.

Do you have a welder and grinder etc ?
Propane torch ?
There are 1001 ways to shift them.
Those bolts are dirt cheap to replace.
Find out a way to kill the bolt without damaging anything else.
Got mine out by building up a big blob of stick weld on the bolt
heads, then grinding the bolt heads right off and punching them
through.
Worked in my case.
