Gurt Big Dents, The Removal of Question.

I have some gurt big ,deep dents in my wings which I now want to
remove. I have heard that heat and hammers can do this but I'm
not sure how.
Heat I can get, and hammers I have

But I am not sure if any of these are correct, can anybody tell
me if these are of any good for what I want to do?
I also have dollys and pins and such.

Not much of a bodyworker me, but if the metal is really
stretched, you'll need a shrinking hammer, one with a
cross-hatched face.

yes it is possible with basic tools
are they just dents or do you have any creases? as these would
need heating so they don't crack
