This is for the Xbox version of LEGO Star Wars II: The Origonal Trilogy only. The information may or may not be relevant for other versions of the game. This guide contains the location of every secret canister and every power brick as well as how many bits are required for True Jedi in both Story and Freeplay mode and a checklist to help you reach 100%. The instructions below are not always the best way to get each canister, just the way you are supposed to do it, but many canisters have two or more things you could actually do to collect them. Sometimes I will point out other methods, but I will not say every way. See if you can spot an easier way. Needless to say, there are spoilers contained within this guide. NOTE: This guide will not give directions on how to complete each level, and many directions assume you have already completed the level and know your way around a bit. ******************************************************************************* [*ChA] Characters Several Canisters/Bricks require specific characters to obtain. Items with red sparkles for example, need a Dark Force User. Silver items require a Bounty Hunter. What charcter type is required will be mentioned for each canister. Below is a list of character types and which characters are included in this, some characters appear multiple times, some even change what type they are, or are in several types. If a character has more than one choice, then all the names are listed in brackets after the name. If "Ordinary" is in the brackets then there is a character with just the name and no brackets after it. For example: Princess Leia - This one would be indicated by "Ordinary" in the brackets. Princess Leia (Boushh) Characters that are only available using the "Use old game" cheat are also included and are marked appropriatelly. *****Use Old Game***** If you buy, then activate this extra, it will give you the option, during freeplay, of selecting some of the charaters from the first game, but only if you have a save file for Lego Star Wars 1 on this x-box. To get the full selection, you need to unlock all the characters in the first game. Prior to completing Episode VI, this is the only way to use a Dark Force User, unless you experiment with the character creator and create a "Dark" character. Use a lot of black clothes and a red sabre for that. ***** Astromech Droid ***** There is only one actual Astromech Droid in the game, but since you do not have access to that character on the Bounty Hunter missions, the developers added in the ability to use Astromech Driod doors to a couple of extra characters. > R2-D2 > IG-88 > 4-Lom Old Game Characters > R4-P17 ***** Bounty Hunter ***** Bounty Hunters have an extra attack; they throw Thermal Detonators. These seem useless as they are inacurate and take time to throw. But if you throw them on, or near one of the silver object that are all over the place (these objects reflect blaster fire), when they explode the item is destroyed (You can press the throw detonator button again to remotely detonate the grenade instead of waiting). There are also some doors that will only open for Bounty HUnters, and as they use blasters, they can also use targets. > Greedo > Boba Fett > IG-88 > Bossk > Dengar > 4-Lom Old Game Characters > Jango Fett ***** Crawler ***** These are smaller characters. There are small hatches in some walls around the game, these characters can crawl through these vents to reach places inaccessible to other characters. > Jawa > Ugnaught > Wicket > Ewok Old Game Characters > Anakin Skywalker (Boy) > Boba Fett (Boy) ***** Dark Force User ***** These are the same as ordinary Force Users, but can also use the Force on items with red sparkles, unlike the light side users. Unless you use the "Use old game" cheat, there are only two Dark Force Users in the game and they are only unlocked towards the end of Episode VI. With the cheat on you get another two from as soon as you can afford it, but only if those characters are unlocked on a LEGO Star Wars 1 save on your Xbox. > Darth Vader > The Emporer Old Game Characters > Darth Maul > Count Dooku ***** Flyer***** At certain times you need to cross a gap that is just too far to jump. In these cases you need a character that can hover over the ground for a time. > R2-D2 > Boba Fett Old Game Charaters > Jango Fett > R4-P17 > Geonosian ***** Force User ***** These are any character that can use the force, including the Dark Force users (the Sith). Any force character can manipulate any force item, but non-sith (see the Dark Force User section above) cannot manipulate items with red sparlkes. Items these are needed for have blue sparkles coming off them. These characters can also double-jump often allowing them to reach places other characters cannot. The sabre attacks are also usefull as if you double-jump, then attack; not only do you gain some extra height (for reaching canisters/bits that are just slightly too high) and also for extra attacking power. A Double-Jump attack not only hits where it lands, but hits everything in a small circle around the landing spot. > Ben Kenobi > Yoda > Luke Skywalker (Dagobah, Jedi, Bespin, Endor) > Darth Vader > The Emperor Old Game Characters > Mace Windu (Ordinary, Episode III) > Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ordinary, Episode III, Jedi Master) > General Grievous (NOTE: Grievous cannot use the force, but he is like a Force User in all other respects.) > Ki-Adi Mundi > Kit Fisto > Luminara > ShaakTi > Anakin Skywalker (Jedi, Padawan) > Qui-Gon Jin > Darth Maul > Count Dooku ***** Gunner ***** At certain points there are targets on the ground. A Gunner character, literally a character that uses a gun, can stand on these and use a grappling hook to reach new areas. > Greedo > Boba Fett > IG-88 > Bossk > Dengar > 4-Lom > Princess Leia (Ordinary, Boushh, Hoth, Bespin, Slave, Endor, Prisoner) > Captain Antilles > Rebel Friend > Luke Skywalker (Tatooine, Stormtrooper, Hoth, Pilot) > Han Solo (Ordinary, Stormtrooper, Hoth, Skiff, Endor, Hood) > Chewbacca > Lando Calrissian > Lando (Palace Guard) > Stormtrooper > Imperial Shuttle Pilot > Sandtrooper > Beach Trooper > Death Star Trooper > Tie Fighter Pilot > Imperial Officer > Grand Moff tarkin > Tusken Raider > Rebel Pilot > Snowtrooper > Palace Guard > Skiff Guard > Admiral Ackbar > Rebel Trooper Old Game Characters > Jango Fett > Wookie > Padme (Ordinary, Clawed, Geonosis) > Queen Amidala > Clone (Prdinary, Episode III, "Episode III, Pilot", "Episode III, Swamp", "Episode III, Walker") > Disguised Clone > Captain Panaka > Royal Guard ***** High Jumpers ***** Unlike the first game, there are no high-jumping characters. If you use the "Use old game" cheat and select General Greivous or Jar-Jar Binks, they now jump the same height as the force wielders. As such, this character type is never needed. *****No special***** This simply means that there is no character beyond what you need to get through the area needed here. Some may require you to jump, or build, or attack. But there are no special abilities like the Force, Double-Jumping, Flying, etc. needed. ***** Protocol Droid ***** There is only one actual Protocol Droid in the game, but since you do not have access to that character on the Bounty Hunter missions, the developers added in the ability to use Protocol Driod doors to a couple of extra characters. There are locks that require a Protocol Droid to open. > C-3PO > IG-88 > 4-Lom Old Game Characters >TC-14 ***** Stormtrooper ***** Certain doors will only open for an imperial. They show a picture of a Stormtrooper on the door. > Stormtrooper > Imperial Shuttle Pilot > Sandtrooper > Beach Trooper > Death Star Trooper > Tie Fighter Pilot > Imperial Officer > Grand Moff Tarkin > Snowtrooper > Darth Vader > The Emperor NOTE: Tested, Clones do not count as Stormtroopers. ***** Tie ***** On the flying missions, there are usually some black and red doors that are locked and have a disc to one side that displays a picture of a Tie Fighter on it when you get close. These doors will only open for a craft of the Tie class. > Tie Fighter > Tie Interceptor > Tie Fighter (Darth Vader) > Tie Bomber *****Others***** Not everyone who plays this game will know the names for everything Star Wars, nor call everyting the same as I do. So below are some names not covered above and a basic description of what the item is. > AT-AT All Terrain Armoured Transport. These are the four-legged walking vehicles. You first see one on the first level of Episode V, Hoth Battle. > AT-ST All Terrain Scout Transport. These are the two-legged walking vehicles. Your first sighting is the one you build during the third level of Episode IV, Mos Eisley Spaceport. > Millenium Falcon This is the most famous ship from the films. You first see her during the third level of Episode IV, Mos Eisley Spaceport. She is Han Solo's ship, your objective on that level is to reach the ship. Several times below she is refered to; sometimes you will need to jump on her, other times you will be flying her. While flying her, you have two guns that both fire at once. One fires straight ahead, but the other one homes in on the nearest threat. The homing turret will fire in whatever direction it likes, unless there is no target, then it will fire ahead. > Blocks I use this term for any items you can push or stack using the Force, unless the item has an actual name (for example, you push a mining cart on one level). > Death Star This is the largest ship in the world of Star Wars, it is the size of a moon. You first sight it at the end of level two in Episode IV, Into the Jutland Wastes, when R2-D2 plays the message. You run around inside it during the fourth and fifth levels of Episode IV, fly on it's surface for level six of Episode IV, and finally, when the empire builds a second one you fly inside it for level 6 of Eipsode VI. > Pieces Sometimes you will see a group of lego pieces bouncing on the ground. These can be built by non-robotic characters into an item. For example, you need to build two sets of pieces to get out of the first room. > Rancor This is a large creature that likes to pick creatures up and bite them in half. You fight this large creature at the end of the Jabba's Palace level at the start of Episode VI. > Rotator These objects appear quite a lot. They have two sides to the paddle; a red one and a green one. You push these to move something nearby. Usually you will push the green side. They refuse to move, and the column sparks a bit when it can be turned no more. > Sandcrawler The Jawas drive around the desert planet, Tatooine, in a large vehicle with tank tracks instead of wheels. This is a Sandcrawler. During the second level of Episode IV, Into the Jutland Wastes, you come across one and need to get to the roof, and eventually inside it. > Snowspeeder These are not snow versions of the Speeder, these first appear on the first level of Episode V, Hoth Battle, as the vehicle you are flying. These flying vehicles are unique for the game as the only ones that have Tow Ropes and thus, the only ones that can take down an AT-AT (NOTE: AT-ATs can appear on some of the flying Bonus Battle games, those ones can be shot normally.) by firing the tow rope at the AT-AT's legs and circling it. The Snowspeeder can also drag bombs along using the tow-rope (the only way to destroy white items or AT-ATs that have been knocked off their feet.) and pull AT-STs over. > Speeder These mainly appear on the third level of Episode VI, Speeder Showdown. They are basically flying motorbikes. > Star Destroyer These rather large ships are seen several times during the story. The first time is in the introduction to Episode IV, shooting at the small white ship. These can only be taken out by firing a Torpedo at the two pink bulbs at the back of the ship. They usually have 4-8 turrets on board which can be destroyed seperately for more studs. > Studs/Bits These are your currency in Lego Star Wars II and come in four colours: Silver (10), Gold (100), Blue (1,000) or Purple (10,000). The purple one only appears during the Battle levels. The official name for them is Studs, but sometimes I refer to them as Bits, Since I can't seem to stop myself from typing bits sometimes, I included the name here. > Target Unlike the first game, there are no targets to shoot in this game. Instead the targets are on the ground and a Blaster character can stand on one and use a grapling hook to either reach a high ledge, or swing across a gap. > The Empire These are the bad guys. The Sith and the Stormtroopers, under the control of the Emperor. You play the people trying to end their tyranical rule. Also refered to as Imperials. > The Rebels These people decided they do not like being ruled by the Empire and are fighting back. The few remaining Jedi are on the side of the rebels, even if they are in hiding. You play as people working for the rebels, following the plot of the films. > Torpedo ON some of the flying levels you can get little pink balls following your ship. These are torpedos, when you have one or more following you (most ships can have three, but the two bombers (Tie Bomber, Y-Wing) can have five), you can press the use button (uses the Force, or pulls switches, etc.) to fire one. If there is a crosshair over anything, the torpedo will home in on it. > Tow-rope The Snowspeeder has a tow-rope attached. You can use this to pull over AT-STs, wrap around the legs of AT-ATs causing them to fall over, or drag bombs with it. To fire it, press the button that uses the force, pulls levers, etc. > Vents I use vents for two different meanings. Vents can be used by crawlers to reach new areas, but sometimes I will say small vents. These are just little hatches on the wall, and often contain some bits. > Wampa Rats You will see these quite a bit. They are small orange rodents that often appear when you destroy bins. ******************************************************************************* [*IV] Episode IV: A New Hope [*IV1] Level 1 - Secret Plans [*IV2] Level 2 - Through The Jundland Wastes [*IV3] Level 3 - Mos Eisley Spaceport [*IV4] Level 4 - Rescue the Princess [*IV5] Level 5 - Death Star Escape [*IV6] Level 6 - Rebel Attack [*IV1] Level 1 - Secret Plans True Jedi: Story - 40,000 Freeplay - 70,000 Canister 1 Needed: Dark Force User Near the start you will open a door with a switch on either side. Once open some rebels will run to the left. Head right and you will see the canister ahead. As you approach the door closes. A Dark Force User can open the door with the Force. Canister 2 Needed: Bounty Hunter There is a room with grating for the floor; you can see the canister under it. Use a Bounty Hunter to destroy the silver object so you can jump down. Canister 3 Needed: Force User In the room with grating for the floor, climb to the top where you build the bridge extending mechanism and use the force on the two sections of wall to the right. Climb to the top and jump up for the canister. Canister 4: Needed: Bounty Hunter Protocol Droid This canister will appear when you find all three items on the level. 1 of 3: After you encouter Darth Vader for the first time, there is a door in the next room that requires a Bounty Hunter to open. Destroy the crate next to the door and an item will appear. 2 of 3: Now open the door and head inside. Follow the corridor along, but turn into the corridor on the left. Destroy the crates and the silver object ahead for another item. 3 of 3: Continue on and open the force field using a Protocol Droid. Destroy the crate here. The canister now appears. Head back up the corridor the way you came, the canister is down the corridor you turned off. Canister 5 Needed: Bounty Hunter Go to the end of the corridor after the Bounty Hunter Door, don't turn off. There are ramps to either side. Go up each and some blocks will fall out. Once both sides have spat out bricks, build the results into a door. The canister is behind the door. Canister 6 Needed: Force User In the room with two pushable blocks and a raised area. There are two blocks on the raised area that a Force User can move to enable you to climb to the ledge with the canister on. Canister 7 Needed: Protocol Droid Force User After opening the door using the two push blocks you will be in a corridor with a lot of small vents on the wall that can be manipulated using the force. Use the force on the first top one on the left after the force field (you will need to use the force on the bottom one, then immediatelly again to get the top one) and a secret panel on the wall will open. Canister 8 Needed: Bounty Hunter Go into the Bounty Hunter door near the begining and destroy the crates in the corridor. Build the blocks that come out into a vehicle. Now drive that back through the door and along the corridors heading towards the end. In the room with the crane and the rebel that drops the bridge so you can cross is a gray ramp leading to a platform with four red lights on it. Drive onto that platform to make the canister appear. Canister 9 Needed: Bounty Hunter Stormtrooper After the room with the crane you see some rebels being escorted by stormtroopers. There are three items to find after this screen. 1 of 3: Destroy the walls on the left in the corridor the rebels were being escorted through and you will get a notice. 2 of 3: In the corridor where you have to build the blocks to cross the gaps, at the corner is a door that can only be opened by a stormtrooper. Inside destroy more blocks. 3 of 3: In the second part of the corridor where you need to build the bridges into the gaps, Destroy the silver object here. The canister appears ahead, infront of the escape pods. Canister 10 Needed: Dark Force User Astromech Droid At the end, use an Astromech Droid to open the escape pods. Inside one is a pair of Beachtroopers (Stormtroopers in their underwear) in a bath. Use the Dark Force on the taps in there to make a canister appear. Power Brick Needed: Bounty HUnter Protocol Droid Force User Open the Bounty Hunter door after you encounter Darth Vader and head inside. Go to the Protocol Droid force field and open it. Ahead is a large pair of doors, inside is a lot of hanging items. Use the force on the two on the right to make some plants grow. Now destroy those plants and the Power Brick will appear. [*IV2] Level 2 - Through the Jundland Wastes True Jedi: Story - 75,000 Freeplay - 120,000 Canister 1 Needed: Flier Bounty Hunter Force User Just before the chasm at the start where you destroy the supports to bring the rock down so you can continue is another, smaller chasm on the right. On the far side you can see some silver objects. Fly over to the Silver Objects, you should be able to land infront of them, then blow them up using a Bounty Hunter. (NOTE: A Flying Bounty Hunter (Boba/Jango Fett) can throw a Thermal Detonator whilst flying, but if you try this, make sure to fly back to safety before your flight time runs out). On the other side, use the Force to stack some blocks on the right so you can jump onto the rock ledge. Fly to the ledge with a mine cart on it (NOTE: If you are after the Power Brick too, push this cart off the ledge) then fly to the ledge with the canister. Canister 2 Needed: Gunner Flier Crawler You will see a massive black set of doors to the left after one of the chasms. Opposite them is a set of pieces to build into a target. Use a Blaster to go up using the target. Now fly to the ledge ahead on the left and crawl through the vent. At the bottom run forward and you will collect the canister. Canister 3 Needed: Dark Force User Next to one of the Chasms is a pair of large black doors. Use the Dark Force to open them and go inside. There are three piles of pieces in this room. Two can be built into skeletons, but one needs the dark force to assemble. Doing so will blow open a new section of wall (You don't need to bother with the skeletons). Jump inside and smash the obstruction at the back. MOre Dark Force pieces fall out, so build them into another bomb to open another section of wall. From this section, a Force User can Double-Jump to the ledge with the canister on to the right. Not an wasy jump, but possible with some practice. Canister 4: Needed: Bounty Hunter Crawler When you are on-top of the Sandcrawler, blow up all the Silver Objects on the left side. Two switches will be revealed. Step on both (one character each, the computer should step on the second automatically when you step on the first) and a vent will appear. Crawl through it to reach the canister behind the Force Field. Canister 5 Needed: Dark Force User Crawler Flier Inside the Sandcrawler, there is a room where you need to step on four buttons on each side of the door to reveal two switches. To the far left end of this room is a grate that can be moved using the Dark Force. Crawl through the vent that is revealed and open the gate. Use the force on the wheel on the other side, then use the Dark Force on the item that appears above the lava. Now you can fly across to the Canister. (NOTE: You can also jump to the ledge to the left and run across, jumping to the other side at the end of the ledge, but that is riskier.) Canister 6 Needed: No Special Inside the Sand Crawler is a room where you need to push a block around to open the cages and let R2-D2 out in story mode. If you push a block down and to the cage on the right you will be able to access the canister. Canister 7 Needed: Dark Force User There are pools of Toxin, and in one area you need to use C-3PO to empty two of them so you can procede. To the left in this area is a rock held up by crossed black boards. Use the Dark Force on them to break them apart and drop the rock. Jump up. In this area, you need to ride one of the beasts and stand it on the large switch on the left. Get off and stand on the left switch to reveal the canister. Canister 8 Needed: Force User Blaster There are pools of Toxin, and in one area you need to use C-3PO to empty two of them so you can procede. On the right side, near the second Protocol Droid Lock is a hook on the ground. Use the Force to place the hook above and a target will appear. Use a blaster to go up and collect the canister. Canister 9 Needed: Flier After crossing the bridge you constructed using the Force, jump to the ledge on the right. Fly across to the platform on the left, then again to the top of the pillar just below where you are. The pillar will collapse and the canister will be infront of you. Canister 10 Needed: Blaster At the end, when you are in the speeder, drive up the river (away from the screen) and you will see the canister on the island in the far-left. Get out and build the pieces into a target. Use a blaster to reach the next ledge, then jump to the ledge with the canister. Power Brick Needed: Flier Bounty Hunter Force User Just before the chasm at the start where you destroy the supports to bring the rock down so you can continue is another, smaller chasm on the right. Fly to the ledge with a mine cart on it, push this off to open the cave with the Power Brick in it. Follow the tracks to the brick. [*IV3] Level 3 - Mos Eisley Spaceport True Jedi: Story - 165,000 Freeplay - 200,000 Canister 1 Needed: Stormtrooper Force User Head right, past the stairs from the start and you will find a Stormtrooper Lock. Open it and go inside and use the Force on all four taps on the showers on the left hand side. This will drain the bath on the right side and reveal the canister. Canister 2 Needed: Bounty Hunter Flier For this one you need to find three carrots around the level. 1 of 3: Destroy all the items under the canopy to the right of the start, next to the stairs. 2 of 3: Ahead, on the left, is a large bin on a corner, just after it is a group of small bins and another large bin. Destroy the large bin on the corner (before the small bins). 3 of 3: Near the end of the first area is a set of stairs that can be moved with the force. To the right of them is a white door with a large bin next to it. Destroy it for the last carrot. The canister now appears at the start of the level, but is too high to reach. Head up the stairs next to the first carrot, and fly across the broken bridge. Open the Bounty Hunter Door here and some pieces will come flying out. Build those pieces into a fan that will blow you up to the Canister. Canister 3 Needed: Dark Force User On the right hand side in the first area is a set of stairs next to a dome. On that roof is a grate that needs the Dark Force to open. Drop inside to claim the canister. Canister 4: Needed: Force User Use the Force to stack the blocks in the second area, just past the leaning tower, so you can jump onto the roof of the building. Canister 5 Needed: Stormtrooper Flier Force User At the end of the first area, instead of going through the shutter with the arrow on it, open the Stormtrooper door and step through. Fly across the broken gap to the area with some pieces. Build one of them piles into a gun turret and get on. Wampa Rats will start running around the roof. Shoot 10 of them and the canister will appear. Canister 6 Needed: Bounty Hunter In the second area there is a leaning tower. Use a Bounty Hunter to destroy the Silver Object nearby and build a rotator. Turn it until the tower stands straight, and some pieces fall down. Build these into a target and use it. Canister 7 Needed: Crawler You can see this canister behind a force field in the cantina. Go into the booth on the left and crawl through the vent to get behiind the field. Canister 8 Needed: Bounty Hunter You need to find three fruits in this half of the level. 1 of 3: Destroy the bins as you exit the cantina. 2 of 3: Build the target on the upper level so you can reach the top exit, go through. On this screen, open the Bounty Hunter Door and go inside. Destroy the bins by the large door on the right. 3 of 3: Destroy the bin by the lizard pen in the area with the two lizard mounts. The canister appears back on the screen with the Bounty Hunter Door. If you have a force user, you can jump up at the far end of the ledge the canister is on (coming from the lizard area). If not, you will need to follow the path all the way down and left, take the target up then head to the next screen. Then head back using the upper exit, and instead of entering the Bounty HUnter Door, head left and use the target to cross the gap. Canister 9 Needed: Bounty Hunter Force User Enter the Bounty Hunter Door on the screen with the push block on, and use the force on the circles above the cells at the far end. The Canister is inside, near the middle. Canister 10 Needed: Astromech Droid Force User On the lizard screen there is an Astromech Droid lock in the upper-right. Open it and head inside. Destroy the four lights by the curtain at the far end, then use the force to build the screen when the curtain is open. Enjoy the film for a bit, then destroy the screen (it's easiest with a Blaster) the canister is behind it. Power Brick Needed: Force User Astromech Droid Crawler + On the first screen of the level, there is a group of small bins on the left side next to a bricked-up arch. Use the force twice on each bin to, first open it, then pull some pieces out. (NOTE: Destroying the bin will destroy the pieces inside and you will need to resart the level to get the brick.) Once all the pieces are out, they will start jumping, so build them into a doorway and Astromech Lock. Open the lock and use a small character to enter and get the brick. +NOTE: The door is too small for most characters. A Crawler, R2-D2, R4-P17 and Yoda are the only characters that are small enough as far as I am aware. [*IV4] Level 4 - Rescue the Princess True Jedi: Story - 60,000 Freeplay - 79,000 Canister 1 Needed: Force User Use the Force to open the door at the start, then go into the corridor on the right just after. There is a crane here and several imperials below. Grab 10 of them and drop them, one at a time, into the hole in the middle of the floor. Once the 10th one is down the canister is brought out. Use the crane to grab it. Canister 2 Needed: Protocol Droid In the room with the shutters over-looking the Millenium Falcon, use a Protocol Droid to open the lock on the far right (to the right of the shutters too). The canister is inside. Canister 3 Needed: Flier In the corridor after the room with the shutters, fly across the gap to the Blue Stud. The canister is in an alcove to the left just ahead. Canister 4: Needed: Flier Blaster Crawler After flying across the gap in the corridor after the room with the shutters to the Blue Stud, fly across the gap to the right, then use a blaster to reach the next ledge. Lastly crawl through the vent and you will be next to the canister. Canister 5 Needed: Flier Force User Blaster Following the upper-route (where you fly across the gap in the corridor) you will end up next to the generator. Use the Force on it to build the bridge below and reveal three switches, throw all three to make the canister appear. There is a target on the right side that will allow you to reach it. Canister 6 Needed: Force User In the corridor after the generator, there is a grate blocking the path ahead. Use the Force on it to create some new platforms. Go up them to find the canister. Canister 7 Needed: Blaster Flier In the room with the rotator that moves the bridge around, use a Blaster to reach the highest level then, instead of dropping to the exit door, fly to the right. Canister 8 Needed: No special In the room with a lot of stormtroopers sat at consoles, destroy all the console screens and the canister will appear. Canister 9 Needed: Force User Stack the crates to the far left of the room with the two lifts in just after the room with the consoles. Climb up and push the block to the right to open the cage containing the canister. Canister 10 Needed: Astromech Droid Go to the far end of the prison cell corridor, but don't go in the lift. Open the Astromech Droid Lock on the left. Power Brick Needed: Astromech Droid Flier Blaster Leave the room with the shutters and enter the corridor. Take the left path instead of over the gap and open the Astromech Droid Lock in here. Inside, use a Flier to reach the far left, then a Blaster to reach the ledge with the Power Block on. [*IV5] Level 5 - Death Star Escape True Jedi: Story - 55,000 Freeplay - 65,000 Canister 1 Needed: Bounty Hunter Destroy the Silver Grate to the right of the Stormtrooper Helmet dispenser at the start and enter the alcove. Canister 2 Needed: Crawler There is a vent under the floor, right next to the vehicle you need to press all the buttons in the room with the rotator, that will lead you to the canister. Canister 3 Needed: No special You can see window cleaners on one screen. Enter the crane and move them around; you need them to clean the whole window. Once they have covered it all, the window shatters and the canister appears. Canister 4: Needed: Dark Force USer Open the door using the pushable block, then in the next corridor use the Dark Force on the grate in the wall to reveal another canister. Canister 5 Needed: Force User At the top of the room with the lift is a Stormtrooper Lock. To the right of that, up on the wall, is a cage with a canister inside. Use the force to turn the cage into a platform to reach the canister. Canister 6 Needed: No special After the room with the massive chasm you swing across, head into the screen instead of away and look to the left out the window. Jump over to collect the canister. Canister 7 Needed: No special After the room with the massive Chasm you swing across, follow the corridor along. There are three items to find. 1, 2 and 3 of 3: Destroy the columns along the corridor, they take two blaster hits each or one double-jump sabre attack. The canister appears right next to the third one. Canister 8 Needed: Force User You enter a room with a lot of enemies inside, and two doors where they spawn from. Stack the crates at the far end using the Force and jump up to the walkway with the Canister on it. Canister 9 Needed: Bounty Hunter Enter the Hanger and destroy the grate to the right of the entrance. Go up the fan blast and land on the ledge where you can see Darth Vader through the window. Go to the right and use a Bounty Hunter to open the door. You can kill Darth Vader here, and since he follows you around the room as you try to free the Falcon, it is recommended you do so soon. The canister is inside the room he was in. Canister 10 Needed: No special Go to the right side of the room and find the door with the pieces outside. Build them into a handle for the door and push to door open. The canister is inside along with C-3PO and R2-D2 (Story mode). Power Brick Needed: Protocol Droid Force User On the left, outside the trash room, is a Protocol Droid Lock. Open it and head inside. Another Trash room, build the pieces on the left into a fridge and use the Force to open it for the Power Brick. [*IV6] Level 6 - Rebel Attack True Jedi: Story - 20,000 Freeplay - 30,000 Canister 1 Needed: No special Near the start of the level is a rotator. Shoot the green side of it to raise a cage. Inside simply fire a torpedo at the pink shield to get the canister. Canister 3 Needed: No special Next to the four objects you need to torpedo to release the door in the first area is a section of wall that you can blow open for another canister. Canister 4: Needed: No special On the left side of the second screen, there is a rotator near another Tie door. Shoot it for the next canister. Canister 5 Needed: Tie On the left side of the second screen is a Tie door. Inside, fly over all the green squares quickly enough to light them all at once and reveal the canister. Start at the left end and weave back and forth. It is not that easy, it may take some practice. Canister 6 Needed: No special On the right side of the second area there are two Tie doors. Shoot the wall to the right of larger one at the far end of this area, the canister is inside. Canister 7 Needed: Tie Snowspeeder There are two Tie Doors on the right side of the second area. Open them both, then grab a bomb from behind the lower, smaller door using a Snowspeeder. You do not loop them like an AT-AT, you just hook them and fly directly away. Canister 2 Needed: Tie There is a Tie Door to the left of the start. Inside shoot the rock at the end of the canyon. Canister 3 Needed: Tie Snowspeeder Open the Tie door to the left of the start, then drag a bomb inside and blow up the white wall. Unfortunatelly this may take some time as you need to keep the bomb out of the pits, and Probe Droids are continually grabbing it. When you eventually manage to get the wall down, inside you need to kill all the enemies on the screen. Canister 4: Needed: No special Near the cave entrance at the end of the first valley is a white wall. The canister is hidden behind it. Canister 5 Needed: Snowspeeder Pull over 10 AT-STs in the second area. Canister 6 Needed: Tie At the start of the second area, next to the AT-AT is a Tie door. [*V2] Level 2 - Escape From Echo Base True Jedi: Story - 40,000 Freeplay - 80,000 Canister 1 Needed: Force User Use the Force on the four computer screens in the first room and the Canister will appear between them. Canister 2 Needed: No special You come to a crossroad fairly early one. The left is blocked by rubble, ahead is a Protocol Droid Lock behind some bars you use the turret to shoot away. But to the right is a room with a rotator in the middle and a cart on the track around the room. Fix the cart by building the pieces, then get on it. It drives past the ledge with the canister on, all you have to do is jump off. Canister 3 Needed: No special When you blow away the rocks in the tunnel using the cart, you open the room with C-3PO in it (Story Mode). Inside are four buttons, you can either get this in story mode by returning when you find a fourth character, or in Freeplay Mode. But there are still four buttons in Freeplay, and you only have two characters. To fix this, there should be two piles of pieces, one on either side (if not, destroy things). Build them into heaters, and turn them fully on by attacking them five times. The nearby ice will melt releasing the two skeletons. Build them and step on a button. They will both run to a button each, as will your companion. Either way, the canister appears when all four buttons are pressed at once. Canister 4: Needed: Astromech Droid Force User There is a large room with a checkered floor, and some pieces inside crates in the middle that can be built into a vehicle designed to throw C-3PO around. In this room, go to the bottom right and open the Astromech Droid Lock. Inside are three fishing holes, use the Force on the left one to pull some pieces out, build them into the canister. Canister 5 Needed: Force User Or second player There is a large room with a checkered floor, and some pieces inside crates in the middle that can be built into a vehicle designed to throw C-3PO around. On the bit of snow in the centre of the room where you build the launcher car. If you step on the shadow in the bottom left corner of the patch of snow you can either double-jump attack with a Force user to reach the canister. Or get on the launcher and get a second player to launch you to it. NOTE: Have not tried it, but you may be able to launch C-3PO to it if you do not have a second player. Canister 6 Needed: Force User There is a large room with a checkered floor, and some pieces inside crates in the middle that can be built into a vehicle designed to throw C-3PO around. At the far end are two gun platforms, to the right of them is an crate that requires a powerfull attack (double-jump lightsaber attack for example) to break. Once it is destroyed an alcove opens behind it with the canister in. Canister 7 Needed: Force User There is a large room with a checkered floor, and some pieces inside crates in the middle that can be built into a vehicle designed to throw C-3PO around. Jump on one of the blocks next to the door, the second character wil also change to a force user and jump on the other one. Use the force on the block opposite you, and the second player will do the same. You will lift each other up to the ledge above. Jump off and use the Force on the cage with the Canister inside. Canister 8 Needed: Astromech Droid Bounty Hunter There is an Astromech Droid Lock in the room after the ice slide with the buttons on it. Inside that door is an obstruction of Silver Objects, so destroy them. In the next room build the pieces and you will be able to access the canister. Canister 9 Needed: Dark Force User Blaster Crawler In the corridor before the hanger with the Millenium Falcon in is an ice slide to the left that you cannot climb. Use the Dark Force on the blocks on the wall and you create steps for yourself. Make your way up, when you run out of wall blocks to make into steps, just jump forward to land on snow. Ahead is a T-junction, head left. Use a Blaster on the target to reach the next screen. There is a vent here that leads a Crawler through to the Canister. Canister 10 Needed: Dark Force User In the corridor before the hanger with the Millenium Falcon in is an ice slide to the left that you cannot climb. Use the Dark Force on the blocks on the wall and you create steps for yourself. Make your way up, when you run out of wall blocks to make into steps, just jump forward to land on snow. Ahead is a T-junction, head right. In this next room there are two switches next to a set of rollers each. Both sets of rollers show a line of blue dots, but when you spin them by pulling the lever next to them, you see either green and yellow circles, or red and white. Spin both rollers until they show their circles and open a shutter in the hanger below. The canister is behind the Green and Yellow shutter. Head back down the ice slide and into the hanger to find the shutters. Power Brick Needed: Dark Force User In the corridor before the hanger with the Millenium Falcon in is an ice slide to the left that you cannot climb. Use the Dark Force on the blocks on the wall and you create steps for yourself. Make your way up, when you run out of wall blocks to make into steps, just jump forward to land on snow. Canister 7 Needed: No special At the end of the second Asteroid area you go into a large open area on a large asteroid. Fly down the hole in the top-right and you will be in a new cave. The entrance closes behind you. Go to the end of the cave, the Canister is on the right. To escape you need to destroy the four items on the floor around the cave. NOTE: This is also a handy area to collect torpedos for opening the way to the next area as there are no enemies, and it's a double-score zone. Canister 8 Needed: Tie At the end of the second Asteroid area you go into a large open area on a large asteroid. There is a Tie door to the left side, inside fire a torpedo at the target. Canister 9 Needed: No special At the start of the third Asteroid area, head right immediatelly. There is an asteroid in a cave, destroy it to reveal the Canister. Canister 10 Needed: No special In the third Asteroid area, shoot all the asteroids ahead, the canister is behind one. [*V4] Level 4 - Dagobah True Jedi: Story - 50,000 Freeplay - 70,000 Canister 1 Needed: Force User Flier At the start, stack the three blocks and jump up them. From the top one, jump to the branches to the right, then fly over to the canister on the right. Canister 2 Needed: Flier Fly over the island in the middle of the swamp, the canister is on top of it. Canister 3 Needed: Dark Force User Crawler+ Enter Yoda's hut, at the back is a TV that can be manipulated by the Dark Force to make the canister appear. +NOTE: The door is too small for most characters. A Crawler, R2-D2, R4-P17 and Yoda are the only characters that are small enough as far as I am aware. Canister 4: Needed: Dark Force User Bounty Hunter Head right from Yoda's hut to find a red crate by the swamp edge. Use the dark for to get some pieces from it, then build those into a raft. Ride it to the next island and go to the back. There is a pile of Silver Objects on it with the Canister behind. Canister 5 Needed: No special In the area after Yoda's Hut (following the Story Mode) you need to open the three covers, one on each island to reveal the canister. You can do this by shooting three locks on each lid, or just double-jump attacking the centre of the the lid with a force user. When you open a lid some bats will fly out. Canister 6 Needed: Blaster There is a screen where you need to drag some pieces out of the swamp using the force, then build them into a tractor and trailer, before using the trailer as a ramp to reach a branch. On this screen, once you have flown over to the Astromech Droid lock, there is a Blaster target on the ground, use it to go up to the ledge with the canister on. Canister 7 Needed: Dark Force User Blaster When you get to the Chasm area, right at the start of the chasm is a wall with a lot of black blocks on it (inside the chasm). Use the Dark Force on them to build half a bridge. Go to the end of the bride and you will be able to use the Dark Force on some more blocks on the other side to build the second half of the bridge. Destroy the crates on the other side and build the pieces into a target. The Canister is at the top. Canister 8 Needed: Blaster In the chasm area, you can see a canister hanging in a cage to the left. Go past it and climb to the Protocol Droid door. Stand at the edge of the ledge and shoot at the cage. When you hit the top of the cage, you break the hook keeping it up and it falls to the floor, smashing open. Canister 9 Needed: Bounty Hunter There is a pile of Silver Objects at the far end of the Chasm, just before you fight the Darth Vader image. Inside is a floor made of cram pillars with grey buttons on top. You can fall down the squares in between them and some, when you step on them, will collapse and take several with them. You can keep jumping to cross them, or I find it easier just to fly over. You won't be able to fly all the way over at once, so make sure you land on a pillar and not in a gap between them. And don't stay too long if it start to wobble, you only need to land and launch again straight away to continue flying. Canister 10 Needed: Crawler Flier Blaster Force User In the last area, where you use the force to build a washing machine, then put the motorbike you build inside it, there is a vent in a tree to the right. Crawl to the top of it and fly to the left. Pull the lever on this new branch to get some pieces. Drop down and build them into a target for the Blaster to use. At the top, you can jump to the Canister with a Force User. Power Brick Needed: Force User Flier Near the start is a grate on the right, with some black bushes behind it. These can be pulled up with the Dark Force, but can be destroyed by a double-jump attack at the grate. Behind the grate is a gap you can either jump across with a Force User, or Fly across. On the other side you will find a racing track. Follow it round to the crate. Destroy it and build the pieces into a tractor. Drive around the course, making sure to change all the red buttons green and the Power Brick will appear. [*V5] Level 5 - Cloud City Trap True Jedi: Story - 11,000 Freeplay - 16,000 Canister 1 Needed: Flier Bounty Hunter At the start you need to fly over to the ledge with a pair of Stormtroopers on it. Destroy the cage here with a Thermal Detonator to access the Canister. Canister 2 Needed: Bounty Hunter In the first corridor is a Bounty Hunter Lock. The Canister is behind that door. Canister 3 Needed: Dark Force User Use the Dark Force to pull the red lever on the platform where you first fight Darth Vader. This lowers a pit in the centre of the room. Use the crane to grab a Stormtrooper from the walkway above and drop him in the newly opened hole. Some pieces will come out, so build them to find the Canister. Canister 4: Needed: Blaster Force User After you fight Darth Vader for the first time, you go onto a screen where you chase him. There are several fans on the screen. Go up the first one and shoot the blue/grey wall to make a ledge drop. Jump up using a Force User to get the Canister. Canister 5 Needed: Force User or Flier After you fight Darth Vader for the first time, you go onto a screen where you chase him. There are several fans on the screen. The next Canister is above the second fan, but just too high for the fan blast to reach. Double-Jump and attack from the ledge to reach the canister. You can also go up the fan, then the lift and fly to the left. Canister 6 Needed: Crawler There is a vent on the right in the room where you fight Darth Vader for the second time. Crawl through to get the canister in the cage on the left. Canister 7 Needed: Force User The third time you fight Darth Vader is on a platform and he is standing infront of a window. The canister is just visible below the platform. Double-jump attack on the grate in the floor to break through and collect the canister. Canister 10 Needed: Stormtrooper The last time you fight Darth Vader is on a platform around a pillar. As this fight ends the level you need to open the Stormtrooper Lock during the fight. This is easiest when he jumps to the right and waits for you. The Canister is inside the door. Power Brick Needed: No special At the start the Power Brick is to left, behind the X-Wing. It is right up against the back of the x-wing, you can see the shadow of it on the top of the ship for some reason. [*V6] Level 6 - Betrayal Over Bespin. True Jedi: Story - 45,000 Freeplay - 60,000 Canister 1 Needed: No special You need to build three statues around the level. NOTE: Although this is the first Canister you will start to get thanks to the location of the first statue, because of the location of the last statue, it wil be the eigth one you pick up. 1 of 3: Right at the start is a pile of pieces to build into a statue. 2 of 3: In the corridor after the Bounty Hunter Lock that Boba Fett opens while running away from you. 3 of 3: Near the end you open a large door with a Protocol Droid Lock. Canister 5 Needed: Force User Near the lifts there is a cantina area with several chairs. Use the Force to stack these and the canister will appear. Canister 6 Needed: Bounty Hunter Force User Go up the left lift (The Bounty Hunter Lock) to reach a terrace with some palm trees on it. Destroy them all (use a Thermal Detonator to destroy them easier.) Once they are all destroyed, a place to use the Force will appear on the right, use it to make the canister appear. Canister 7 Needed: No special Go up the Stormtrooper lift (on the right, the way the Story Mode goes) and at the top turn around and run into the screen to find the canister. Canister 8 Needed: Blaster Flier On the screen that you open the large door with the Protocol Droid Lock, use the Blaster Target and fly to the right. Canister 9 Needed: Dark Force User Blaster Near the end there is a room with a lot of gas in it, just before the landing platform with the Millenium Falcon on it. Use the Dark Force on the door on the right to open it. Inside, stand near the entrance, jump and shoot at the chandelier. Canister 10 Needed: No special Jump on top of the Millenium Falcon at the end. Power Brick Needed: Force User In Freeplay mode, Boba Fett does not take off in his ship, Slave 1, so jump on top of it. Using the Dark Force on them will reveal a target so you can reach the ledge over the chasm. Run to the end and drop to the next ledge with the canister on it. Use the Force on the blocks on this ledge to create a hook for a Blaster to swing back across the chasm on. Canister 2 Needed: Bounty Hunter Flier Head left from the door at the start to find a pile of Silver Obhects. Destroy it, then use the target to go up. You can jump to the ledge with the canister on, but it is easier to fly. Canister 3 Needed: Protocol Droid Once you get inside the large door, enter the second archway on the right. INside is one of the spider-like robots in a cage with the canister. Use a Protocol Droid to open the cage. Canister 4 Needed: Astromech Droid In the large circular room after the first corridor is an Astromech Droid Lock to the left side. The canister is inside that door. Canister 5 Needed: Protocol Droid There is a room with several cages, one of which has the two switches to open the door. The bottom-right cage is locked with a Protocol Droid Lock, the canister is inside. Canister 6 Needed: No special After destroying the Silver Objects to get out of the room with the cages, the Canister is visible in another cage with no door. There is a pile of pieces next to the wall. Build these, then hit the bomb five times to make it explode and create a hole in the wall. Canister 7 Needed: Force User There are six orange floor tiles at the start of the room with C-3PO and R2-D2 in cages. Destroy these tiles (double-jump attack with a Force User is easiest) and follow the path to get the Canister. Canister 8 Needed: Dark Force User Flier Astromech Droid There is a room where you push three blocks around, and use the force on them once in palce to create a ramp to the upper section. Use the Dark Force to open the grate infront of the Canister and jump up. Canister 9 Needed: Stormtrooper Before you release Han Solom head to the left side of the room and open the Stormtrooper Lock. The Canister is inside there. Canister 10 Needed: Blaster During the fight with the Rancor build the pieces on the right side into a target and go up. Jump to the ledge on the right to reach the Canister. Power Brick Needed: Blaster or Force User There is a pile of pieces in the the large circular room after the Bounty Hunter Lock at the start. Build them and now you hace two options. The correct path is to push the block right to make a target appear, then use it to go up. But I prefer to just double-jump from on top the block to the upper ledge. Either way the Power Brick is at the top of the steps. [*VI2 ] Level 2 - The Great Pit of Carkoon True Jedi: Story - 50,000 Freeplay - 65,000 Canister 1 Needed: Force User Destroy the two crates on the first barge to release some pieces. Build one, and use the Force on the other to make two gun turrets. Cross to the next barge and pull the lever. Push the block that appears onto one of the marked areas, then pull the lever again to get another block you should push to the other marked area. Put these two turrets together to make the Canister appear. But it is too high to jump to, so head left and use the Force on the blocks around the back end of the barge to build some platforms to jump up. Canister 2 Needed: Flier There is a gangplank on the second barge. Go to the end of it, and fly out to the Canister. Canister 3 Needed: Dark Force User Blaster At the end of the barge after the barge with the fight with Boba Fett you need to use the force on the yellow blocks on the wall of the large barge to be able to head left. Instead of going that way, use the Dark Force on the other yellow blocks and head right. Go around the corner and use a Blaster on the target to reach an upper ledge. Build a lever, pull them both and shoot the block in the middle. Canister 4: Needed: Force User Astromech Droid Protocol Droid Bounty Hunter At the end of the barge after the barge with the fight with Boba Fett you need to use the force on the yellow blocks on the wall of the large barge to be able to head left. Instead of going that way, use the Dark Force on the other yellow blocks and head right. Go around the corner and use a Blaster on the target to reach an upper ledge. Build a lever, pull them both. Now head back down and continue around the barge. There are a lot of plates here that can be moved with the Force. Behind three of them are three things: a lever, and Astromech Droid Lock and a Protocol Droid Lock. Activate all three, then head back right and use the Blaster target to reach a corridor in the side of the barge. Keep going until the end which is blocked by a Silver gate. Destroy it to reach the Canister. Canister 5 Needed: Blaster Dark Force User At the far end of the large barge is a door with two panels that can be opened using the Force to reveal a rotator. To the left of those is a crate that can only be opened using the Dark Force. Inside are pieces for a target allowing you to reach the ledge above. Pull both levers (the second character will pull the second lever), then quickly use the Force on the lever on the left. The Canister should appear on this ledge. Canister 6 Needed: Crawler The first room inside the barge has a grate blocking the way. Destroy the items to either side and build the pieces into a mounted turret. Destroy the grate and everyone inside. You can see the canister behind the glass at the back. Crawl through one of then vents to either side of the glass to get behind it and rech the Canister. Canister 7 Needed: No special In the room after building the Disco floor, destroy all the windows on the left and build the pieces to make the Canister. Canister 8 Needed: Dark Force User Blaster Flier On top of the large barge, there is a Dark Force crate. Inside are the pieces for a target, at the top fly over to the next ledge and use a Blaster on the target to reach the ledge with the Canister on. Canister 9 Needed: Protocol Droid To complete this level you need to open both cages on the targets near the start of the top of the barge. One is locked with a Protocol Droid, the other needs one crate pushed into either side (the left one needs a floor tile destroyed at the start of the checkered floor to appear). No go to the Cannon. To complete the level you must destroy both targets, but you need another Canister first. Destroy the target on the right, then run back down to it. There is a hole in the floor where it used to be so drop in. Head down to find the Canister. Canister 10 Needed: Crawler At the far end of the barge, just below the Cannon, you can see the Canister behind some grating. Use a Crawler on a vent to eiher side to get inside and collect the Canister. Power Brick Needed: Blaster Flier There is a crate with the pieces for a target in it on the area just below the cannon. Build the target and ascend. Now fly across to the next platform, then again to the platform after that to collect the Power Brick. [*VI3] Level 3 - Speeder Showdown NOTE: All of the canisters on this level are in cages. The orange cages can only be opened by ramming them while on the Speeder, but the last one is silver, and as such requires a Bounty Hunter to open. The Speeder section is a big loop, so you can keep going round until you have collected all the Canisters, but each rest stop is only visited once. Also you can turn around on the speeder by pressing the opposite direction that you are heading. True Jedi: Story - 55,000 Freeplay - 70,000 NOTE: The first six Canisters are found while on the Speeder section. The next three are found at each of the three rest stops, but must be opened using the speeder. If you do not destroy the towers using the AT-ST before collecting the Canister you can get on the speeder to collect the Canister without the next speeder chase begining. If the tower is destroyed however, you will need to complete one full lap so you can ram the cage. Canister 1 Needed: No special At the start of the speeder section is a grey block with red lights around it on the left. Ride over it to press the switch and raise the log ramp ahead. Go over the top to hit the Canister cage and collect the first one. Canister 2 Needed: No special On the right is a series of three switches that will lower the Canister down low enough to hit. Canister 3 Needed: No special There are two switches on the right that raise a log ramp to a ledge. The canister is at the far end of this ledge. Canister 4: Needed: No special There are four switches in a row that lower a Canister once all are green. Canister 5 Needed: No special A switch raises a log ramp to a ledge with another three switches which raise another ramp that will allow you to hit the Canister. Canister 6 Needed: No special This Canister is just sitting on the ground on the right not long after the ledge with the three switches on it. Canister 7 Needed: Dark Force User Crawler Flier At the first rest stop, grab the AT-ST and walk to the right (Don't shoot the tower yet). Once the AT-ST is next to the upper ledge, get out and press towards the ledge to land on it. Using the Dark Force, destroy all the black bushes to reveal a vent for the Crawler. At the top you need to fly to the left and pull the switch to release the canister. Canister 8 Needed: Bounty Hunter Force User Second rest stop. There is some pieces to the right, build them into a platform. Go up and destroy the two Silver Objects. Use the Force to stack the three brown blocks so you can reach the platform in the tree. Pull the switch for to lower the Canister. Canister 9 Needed: Bounty Hunter Force User Third rest stop. To the right again is another block to build. Jump up and destroy the Silver Object for some target pieces. Use the Force on the wooden platform to the right to move it under the hook, then use the target to go up. Now you land on the moved platform and can pull the lever on the left to lower the Canister. Canister 10 Needed: Stormtrooper Bounty Hunter After the speeder section is a building, you can see the canister hanging from the upper walkway. Head up the lift on the right. At the top open the Stormtrooper lock and the Canister will drop. Head back down and use a Thermal Detonater to open the cage. Power Brick Needed: Crawler At the base of the building after the speeder section is a pushable block. Move it to the base of the tower and it will become a Vent for you to crawl through to the ledge with the Power Brick on it. [*VI4] Level 4 - The Battle of Endor True Jedi: Story - 90,000 Freeplay - 110,000 Canister 1 Needed: Flier Go left at the start and build the pieces into a rotator. Rotate it fully so the lift to the left is horizontal. Now fly over and the lift will raise you to the ledge with the Canister on. Canister 2 Needed: Flier Force User You can see this canister locked behind a gate in a tree. Go up the lift to the right of it and pull the switch to lower a platform. Fly to the left and use the Force to pull the rock down, raising the platform you are on. At the top jump to the platform you lowered earlier. It will raise after a time, so if you are too slow, you will need to pull the first lever again. If you make it on the platform, however, wait for it to raise and pull the lever at the top. Canister 3 Needed: Force User Blaster Protocol Droid There is a Protocol Droid lock inside a hut. Activate it to drop a crate that splits open to reveal the pieces for a target. Use it, then use the Force on the platform above you. Jump on it once it is lowered, then to the next platform. Double-jump to the platform on the left to reach the canister. Canister 4: Needed: Blaster Go down the big lift at the end of the village and smash the crates to the left. Build the target and go up, the Canister is inside the hut. Canister 5 Needed: No special Follow the river up to the waterfall, the Canister is there. Canister 6 Needed: Crawler Flier Open the gate after the river, then destroy the bushes on the left hand side. This will reveal a vent so crawl through. Fly over to the platform with the Canister. Canister 7 Needed: Blaster Force User Flier In the last open area, where the building, two Ewok Catapults, and some AT-STs are, there are some bushes near the catapults that drop the pieces of a rotator when destroyed. Using the rotator will lower a platform so use the nearby target to reach the it. Use the Force on the rock to raise the platform, then fly to the next platform on the left. Use the force to raise this platform too, then fly left across two ledges to reach the canister. Canister 8 Needed: Bounty Hunter Crawler Force User In the last open area, where the building, two Ewok Catapults, and some AT-STs are, there is a pair of Silver Objects on the raised ledge on the right, to the far right from the close up screen of the building. Destroy them and build a platform from the pieces. Stand on it and use the Force on the rock to raise the platform. Now quickly change to a Crawler and go through the vent before the platform drops again. Use the Force on the platform above you and jump across to the next one. Then use the Force on the same platform again to raise it back to it's origonal position. Jump across to the platform with the Canister on. Canister 9 Needed: Force User Inside the building, the main room has a force field and four coloured locks next to it that are opened using switches. In the room to the right, destroy the sections of wall to the right of the lift to reveal some hatches that can be opened using the force. Build the pieces that come out into the Canister. Canister 10 Needed: Astromech Droid Flier Crawler Inside the building, the main room has a force field and four coloured locks next to it that are opened using switches. In the room to right, go to the upper level, then head left. Fly across the gap to an Astromech Droid Lock. Open it to release some pieces. Build these into a vent you can use to reach the area behind the glass where the yellow lock switch is. Fly over the pit next to the switch to reach the Canister. Power Brick Needed: Bounty Hunter Protocol Droid Stormtrooper Dark Force User Crawler Inside the building, the main room has a force field and four coloured locks next to it that are opened using switches. Head into the room on the left and destroy the section of wall to the right of the glass to reveal a hole. Use the stormtrooper lock to get the Stormtrooper in the background to stand beside the console. Go to the upper level and fly over to the ledge above the glass. Use the Protocol Droid Lock to kill the Stormtrooper and reveal a vent on the other side of the glass. Go back down to the floor and use the Dark Force on the floor to reveal a pushable block. Push this through the gap to the right of the glass. Crawl the the vent and, once on the opposite side of the glass, push the block into the indicated area at the back of the room. Be careful here if you push the block too far to one side, then all the way to the end it will get stuck and you will need to restart the level to be able to slot it into place. Once you do the Power Brick is released. [*VI5] Level 5 - Jedi Destiny True Jedi: Story - 55,000 Freeplay - 65,000 Canister 1 Needed: Force User Use the Force to build the platform to the left of the throne and jump up to the Canister. Canister 2 Needed: Bounty Hunter There are three Silver Objects to the right on the level below the throne. Destroy them and build the target. Go up to find the Canister. Canister 3 Needed: Dark Force User After the second Emperor fight, on the platform where he electrifies the floor, you need to use the Dark Force on all the red lights in the background to turn them white. This has to be done quickly as they turn out after a while. Once all are lit the Canister is released in the alcove between them all. Canister 4: Needed: Force User Bounty Hunter Flier On the level below the electrified floor, destroy all the objects on the right and use the Force on the vent on the wall. Build the pieces into a block and a Bounty Hunter Lock. Activate the Lock to reveal a ledge, jump up to it using the block, then fly to the left. Canister 5 Needed: No special Go through the door in the area below the electrified floor. There is a pit here with black squares around it. Walk on all the black squares to turn them red and the Canister will appear. Jump over the hole to get it. Canister 6 Needed: Bounty Hunter On the central pillar are some Silver doors. One of them can be destroyed with a Thermal Detonator and the Canister is inside. Canister 7 Needed: Bounty Hunter Protocol Droid Open the Bounty Hunter Lock on the central pillar to reveal some pieces. Build them into a Protocol Droid Lock, then open it. A bridge will come down so cross it, then build the pieces into the Canister. Canister 8 Needed: Crawler Dark Force User In the third area where some pieces drop down so you can build the lift that you raise with the Force are some displays on the wall to the right. Destroy them all. One of them will reveal a vent for you to crawl through to get to the ledge above. Push the block off and destroy the object that comes out. This will open the door, so head inside. Next to the door is a raised area with a grate in it, the canister is behind the grate. Use the Dark Force to remove the grate. Canister 9 Needed: Crawler Force User In the third area where some pieces drop down so you can build the lift that you raise with the Force are some displays on the wall to the right. Destroy them all. One of them will reveal a vent for you to crawl through to get to the ledge above. Push the block off and destroy the object that comes out. This will open the door, so head inside. Use the Force to stack three chairs in the room. Jump up them to reach another vent so crawl thorugh. Destroy the object in your path and collect the Canister. Canister 10 Needed: Crawler Protocol Droid In the third area where some pieces drop down so you can build the lift that you raise with the Force are some displays on the wall to the right. Destroy them all. One of them will reveal a vent for you to crawl through to get to the ledge above. Push the block off and destroy the object that comes out. This will open the door, so head inside. Build the Protocol Droid Lock next to the door and release it to lower a ledge above. Now clear the checkered track in the middle of the room. Push the block onto the green circle, then use the rotator in the centre so that the arrow on it points at the rotator. Push the block all the way around the track until you see an arrow on the track, push the block into the slot there. This activates a lift, so go up it and head left to the switch, which releases the force field infront of the Canister below. Power Brick Needed: Dark Force User There is a set of four red light to either side of the throne. Use the Dark Force to light all eight to reveal the Power Brick on the throne. [*VI6] Level 6 - Into the Deathstar True Jedi: Story - 30,000 Freeplay - 40,000 NOTE: This is the only level where it is possible to get all 10 Canisters in Story Mode, despite you not having a Tie. See if you can figure out how. Note also that this will not remove the need to play the level again in Freeplay mode as you will need to get True Jedi. Canister 1 Needed: No special At the start the Canister is near the first Star Destroyer. Keep firing as you fly around and you should hit it, if not, use the Millenium Falcon and it should auto-aim at it. Canister 2 Needed: No special At the start the Canister is to the right of one of the other Star Destroyers. As the Star Destroyers can be done in any order, this makes finding it harder. Keep firing as you fly around and you should hit it, if not, use the Millenium Falcon and it should auto-aim at it. Canister 3 Needed: No special Inside the Death Star, near the start are three torpedo locks on pipes. Destroy them all with torpedos to reveal the Canister. Canister 4: Needed: Tie To the right of the first force field locked with torpedos locks is a Tie Door the Canister is inside. Canister 5 Needed: No special There is a torpedo dispenser before the blue corridor before the force field guarded by rocket launchers. Behind the torpedo dispenser is an alcove. Fly around in there until you get the Canister. Canister 6 Needed: Tie There is a blue corridor before a force field guarded by rocket launchers. Half-way down that corridor is a Tie Door with the Canister behind it. Canister 7 Needed: No special Floating to the right of the entrance in the Core Room. Canisters 8, 9 and 10 Needed: I have put all three of these together as they are all in the last section where you are being chased by the explosion. There are three screens to this sectinos, one canister on each screen. As you cannot turn back you will need to restart the level if you miss one. If you use the Millenium Falcon, it's auto-aiming cannon will shoot the canisters on the way out as there are no enemies to target. Just keep your finger on fire for the entire sequence and you will get one Canister on each screen. Power Brick Needed: No special Destroy both torpedo locks in the Core Room, the Power Brick is inside. ******************************************************************************* [*100] 100% Checklist In order to get 100% there are many things you need to do. You need 100,000 studs, but that is no worry. Over the six levels you will get more than enough if you just blow a few things up as you pass. 03) Often, to save time during the Super Story, you can skip groups of enemies by running to the screen switch. (Where it fades to black then loads the next screen.) 04) You unlock more characters as you complete more levels. 05) Yes it does cost a lot to buy all the characters and extras. A Rediculous amount. But there is a fairly easy way to get all you need. 1> Buy Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Jawa and any Tie class fighter. Along with all the characters you automatically unlock, these will allow you to collect every Canister in the game. 2> Collect all the Canisters, saving up and buying the 2x Score. After this always have this active. 3> If you manage to collect 6,000,000 studs while collecting the canisters then buy the 4x Score. 4> Whith or without the 4x Score, collect all 99 Gold Bricks. 5> Go outside the Cantina and build the 99 Gold Bricks. This will create a Fountain that will continually spit out studs. With 2x Score on, collect enough for 4x Score. Then equip them both. As they stack you now have 8x for each stud you collect. Keep going until you have bought the 6x Score (12,000,000 studs), then the 8x Score (20,000,000 studs), then finally the 10x Score (at 30,000,000 studs). 6> The score multiplier extras stack so put them all on. > x2, x4, x6, x8, x10 = 2x4=8, 8x6=48, 48x8=384, 384x10=3840. That's right, with all of them on, you get 3840x score. > Silver Stud = 10 > With all multipliers = 38,400 per stud > Gold Stud = 100 > With all multipliers = 384,000 per stud > Blue Stud = 1,000 > With all multipliers = 3,840,000 per stud As you can see, he 99 Gold Brick construction outside the cantina makes collecting the Studs for the most expensive items easier. The hardest part is collecting the 2,000,000 for the 2x, then the 6,000,000 for the 4x. Once you have those two it is quite quick to collect the 12,000,000 for the 6x, quicker still for the 20,000,000 for the 8x, and with all those on you will collect the 30,000,000 for the 10x in only a couple of minutes at the fountain. ******************************************************************************* [*FAQ] These are for any questions I get asked. Not all questions will be answered, only the sensible ones. Q) Help! I can't find X canister. Your directions are not clear enough. A) Not stricly speaking a question, but never mind. All the Canisters can be found by just exploring each level thouroughly. But if everyone could do this, then I would not need to write this guide. There are two things that you can do. First, collect the Power Brick on Episode V, Level 5 - Cloud City Trap. This will unlock the Minikit Detector to Buy. Buy this and keep it active. While active, the Minikit Detector will put a green arrow where any minikit on the screen is, even if it is a long way away. This will halp you find the areas, but it wil not tell you how to get to the kits. Should that, along with this guide, not be enough; then e-mail which canister you are missing on which level. See the end of this file for contact details. Q) I managed to get the push block on the level 'The Battle of Endor' stuck, can you help? A) I'm afraid the only way to fix this is to restart the level and line it up at the front of the checked area begind the glass. Q) The game will not choose a stormtrooper for me on the levels I need them. Why? A) The game makes sure you have at least one of each type you will need to collect each canister, as long as you have bought the characters you need if none of that type are unlocked already. First make sure you have bought a stormtrooper. Also check the list in the character section above ( [*CHA] ) if you take any of those then the game will not select a stormtrooper. The most common one is to be given Darth Vader instead of a Stormtrooper if you don't already take him. Q) How do you do X level? A) This is not a level guide. They are usually straight forward, just keep looking around. Destroy any objects you can. Build any pieces. Search for Force Nodes. You will eventually find the way to go. Q) How do I beat the AT-AT's? A) Using the Snowspeeder's tow rope. Attack it to the AT-AT while flying past, then circle the AT-AT until it falls over. If the tow-rope gets detatched at anypoint then something got between the AT-AT's legs and you. When it is down on the ground, drag a bomb into the AT-AT to blow it up. Q) How do you defeat X boss? A) The bosses are not that hard. >For Boba Fett when you fight him, select a Blaster Character that can dodge and just keep firing at him. The first hit will knock him out the air, the second will hurt him, then he'll take off again. Keep repeating. > For any Sabre User, select another Sabre User and do jump attacks or double-jump attacks. Some bosses have levers that need pulling to get them off platforms, or to temporarilly stun them. Others will put a Force aura around your character, if that happens quickly switch to the other character to avoid getting hurt. When the boss stands still to do a Force Move on you is also the only time you can usually hit them in that phase of the fight, so switch quickly and hit them. > For the Rancor, just pull a switch and let it grab the green pig creature (Gammorean) that comes out. The Rancor will then go and stand next to one of the crates, so smash the crate. Do that twice and he will stand under the gate with the next Gammoerean so pull both the switches. Q) Why did you miss out a lot of areas? I found x area on x level. A) Because this is a guide for collecting the secret items. Any secret area I left out only has some Studs in and can be found by just exploring the levels. Q) Is it true that when you unlock all the characters and buy them at the Cantina that you are able to buy a baby rancor? A) I have heard that it is, but I can't see a way to buy one on the Xbox version. The Xbox 360 version is supposed to have more in, but I do not have access to test this. Other versions may have more in too; the PC version is most likely to have more content too. Q) Where can I find x Canister or x Power Brick? A) I didn't write all the information above so people could e-mail me asking for locations. The answer is in the walkthrough above. If the directions are insufficient, then please say so in the e-mail. Q) What are the bonus levels you get after completing an episode? A) There are three new levels unlocked after completing all six levels on an episode. You also have to get a minimum number of Gold Bricks so you can build the door to them. > Super Story In this mode, you play through all six levels in the episode one after the other. You need to collect 100,000 studs and complete all six levels within one hour. You recieve none of the Studs you collect during the levels. Also, no extras can be used. > Character Bonus In this mode, you run around a level and have to collect 1,000,000 studs within five minutes (seven for Episode VI's level). Every enemy you kill drops lots of studs, there are studs lying everywhere, things to destroy that spawn a lot of studs, everything keeps respawning, and a new stud is introduced: Purple. Not entirely sure of the value of a purple stud, but I would suspect 10,000 as it follows the pattern of the other studs: 10, 100, 1,000. > Minikit Bonus In this mode, you fly around a level. Your objective is to collect 1,000,000 studs withing five minutes. Every enemy you kill drops studs, as does every item you blow up. Torpedos can be collected around the level to blow more things up, and you can drag bombs to blow up white items. The purple studs are also in these levels. > NOTE: No score modifier extras can be used in any of these modes. The Super Story does not allow any extras, but the two Bonus levels can use the others. Each level, when complete, will award a Gold Brick. But to reach 100% you will need to set new time records for each level, and a new stud record for the Super Story mode. Q)How do I access the Bounty Hunter missions? A) There is a door with Jabba's head over it inside the Cantina. To open it, You need to buy all the Bounty Hunter characters: Greedo Boba Fett IG-88 Bossk Dengar 4-Lom Q) How do I use the "Use Old Game" extra on the Xbox 360? Lego Star Wars I doesn't work on it. A) As I do not own a 360 I don't know the exact process. But I am told that you can download all the old game characters and that, once downloaded, they are just on the character select screen. There is no need to activate a seperate extra. Q) Why did you not include information about the achievements? A) Because you cannot collect the achievement badges on the Xbox version. The 360 version has these extras. Other consoles/the PC may also have achievements in them, but I do not know. Q) I can't get a crawler into the vent during the Darth Vader fight with the canister in the cage on Cloud City Trap. How do you get in there? A) Unfortunatelly this is a known bug with some versions. I never met this myself, but I know how to get around it. All you can do is keep trying. Move back and forth in front of the vent constantly pressing the crawl through button and you should be able to crawl in. What makes it worse is that you are often stuck inside the cage once you do manage to get inside. The only way out is to change characters. The easiest way to do this is to control the second character with a second pad and drop out on the first pad. The character inside the cage will be teleported outside and you can swap back. If they do not teleport outside the cage, just cross to the next screen and the characters will re-unite. Q) On the level Jedi Destiny (Episode 6, Chapter 5) I can't activate all the black squares for canister 5/The squares won't turn red. A) A lot of people seem to be having trouble with this. It is very difficult to see if the squares have turned red, the effect is very hard to see in fact. But if you carefully run across them, they will activate. It may take a few goes, but if you keep running around, you should get them all eventually. There are buttons on all four sides of the hole. ******************************************************************************* [*CON] Contact Details Before anyone contacts me, make sure the Subject is "Lego Star Wars II" or it will probably be deleted.
