Federal Judge Rules in Favor of Human Rights Activist Jeanette Vizguerra

A federal judge has ruled in favor of human rights activist Jeanette
Vizguerra, stating her detention by ICE is unconstitutional, and
ordering an immediate bond hearing. Wednesday's ruling came nine months
to the day after ICE detained the well-known immigrant rights activist
