Schmitz In conjunction with the release of the [1]iPhone 5 and new [2]iPod models, Apple has released [3]iTunes 10.7 to add support for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch models running [4]iOS 6 (scheduled for release on 19 September 2012). Additionally, it also adds support for the latest iPod nano and iPod shuffle models. With no new features added, version 10.7 is essentially a compatibility stopgap until the next edition of iTunes is released in October (as either iTunes 11 or just "the new iTunes," as Apple seems to be moving in its naming conventions).
