   Apple has released [1]iTunes 12.4.1 to address a number of problems
   that prevented VoiceOver from working properly. The update also
   restores the option to Reset Plays, fixes a bug that caused Up Next to
   play songs that were added together in an incorrect order, and resolves
   an issue that prevented iTunes from crossfading between songs. (Free,
