             Cuba Flag-Raising Set; Human Rights Concessions Sought

   U.S. and Cuban officials will gather in Havana on Friday to watch
   Marines hoist the U.S. flag at the American Embassy ' a move marking
   the ceremonial re-opening of the facility as part of broader U.S.-Cuba
   re-engagement. But some say the new U.S. engagement with Cuba is too
   much too soon. VOA State Department correspondent Pam Dockins has the
   story.
