Erdogan Accuses Moscow, Washington of Failing to Deliver on Syrian Agreement

   ISTANBUL - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is accusing Moscow
   and Washington of reneging on commitments to enforce the withdrawal of
   a Syrian Kurdish militia from Turkey's border, and he is warning of a
   resumption of military operations in Syria.

   "Neither the U.S. could take out these terrorists from the area in 120
   hours time limit, nor could Russia take out these terrorists from the
   area in 150 hours time limit," said Erdogan Thursday at a press
   conference with the Hungarian President Victor Orban, in Budapest.
