Australian Bushfire Probe to Examine Role of Climate Change

   SYDNEY - A powerful inquiry on Australia's bushfire crisis will examine
   the impact of climate change on the nation's ability to prevent,
   mitigate and respond to natural disasters. The Prime Minister Scott
   Morrison is finalising the terms of a royal commission into the
   unprecedented disaster.

   Scott Morrison, the prime minister, says Australia must learn the
   lessons from the bushfire emergency. More than 30 people have been
   killed in the disaster that began in September, and 3,000 homes have
   been destroyed. Millions of hectares of land have been scorched.
