snow likely after midnight. Areas of blowing snow in the evening.
Blowing snow after midnight. Visibility one mile or less at times
decreasing to one quarter mile or less at times after midnight.
Snow accumulation up to 1 inch. Lows 2 to 15 below. Southeast
winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts to around 45 mph increasing to
25 to 40 mph with gusts to around 60 mph after midnight.
