DEALING WITH AGING PARENTS

It looks like it is time for my wife and I to deal with aging parents.  Her
dad has COPD, and is slowly deteriorating to the point where he's having
trouble working and taking care of himself.  

We're going to work with my sis-in-law to start planning out what to do. 
He's a very proud man and it's going to be like pulling teeth.
