Bongusta update, April 2024

After about a year I made an update of Bongusta: I removed all phlogs
that didn't have a single post in last twelve months and I also added
some new phlogs.

The result is that in the beginning we had 80 phlogs in aggregation,
after first part of update we had 73 phlogs and in the end it was 78
phlogs.

It's 2024 and I think, that this means way more active gopher users
than anyone expected in 1999...
