# Connecting with IRC for Android

# Tap on `New Server` at the bottom.\\

# Fill in the details:

  # `Server`: your bouncer server address (it should look like `example.ircnow.org`)

  # `Desc`: the name of the network you want to connect to

  # `Port`: 31337

  # `Pass`: `username/network:password` -- for example, if your username is john, the network you want to connect to is ircnow, and your password is abcde12345, then fill in `john/ircnow:abcde12345`

  # Check `SSL`

  # `Nick`: the bouncer username you registered

  # `User`: the bouncer username you registered

  # Tap `Save` at the bottom.

# Back at the app's homescreen, tap on the new server to connect.

# If you see a message saying ZNC is not yet connected, type `/znc connect` -- wait a few minutes to connect.
