# Connecting with KiwiIRC

[KiwiIRC](/https://kiwiirc.com/nextclient/) is an open-source IRC client that runs in your web browser.

# Open [KiwiIRC](/https://kiwiirc.com/nextclient/), then click on `Add a Network`.\\

# Click on `ZNC`, then fill in the details:\\

  # `Server`: your bouncer server address (it should look like example.ircnow.org)

  # `Port`: 31337

  # Check the padlock icon to enable SSL

  # `Username`: the bouncer username you registered

  # `Password`: `username/network:password` -- for example, if you registered the username `john`, the network you want to connect to is `ircnow`, and your password is `abcde12345`, then fill in `john/ircnow:abcde12345`

  # Click on `Connect to Network`.

# If you see a message saying ZNC is not yet connected, type `/znc connect` -- wait a few minutes to connect.
