#### Lemon Sirup for Tea

- Ingredients
    + Same amount of sugar and finely sliced lemons/limes (usually 1kg each)
- Instructions
    + Mix sugar and sliced lemons.
    + Leave standing for several days, shaking/mixing occasionally.
    + Separate the sirup from the lemon peels.
    + Mix with water to make tea.
