subj: twins out and about stroll

Last night was the 4th of July 2025 fireworks. I used to love
them but now I'm just worried people are going to hurt
themselves and burn down the neighborhood. The noise wasn't too
bad last night. Lots of fireworks starting about 9pm, but big
ones went off around 10:45pm. Babies didn't wake up at all. 

Today we all went for a walk. Its good to get out once in
awhile, and probably should make the interval of awhiles
shorter. Wife got the babes ready, I got the stroller. Babes
fussed a bit, but once they were in the stroller rolling they
fell asleep. We had nowhere to go although my wife was looking
great. She had a nice shirt/blouse on and her sun hat. Lacking
sleep I suggested a walk to the store to get a coffee for $1
one buck. 

Part way there my babe started with acid reflux and her meal was
streaming out her nose. She hates it. Newborns choose to
breath out their nose, so when it is clogged up they still try
to breath out of it. They don't really know their mouth can also
take in air. I flipped her over and she settled down and we
continued to the store. Nice day for a walk with the babes.

Eventually we wound up at the store, I got the coffee and upon
drinking some immediately got charged up; in other words
caffeinated. I got my wife a drink she liked and we headed back.
We stopped to smell the flowers a couple times, and get a
picture for the album. 

Today my son smiled at my singing to him. For a moment he really
seemed to like it. His smile makes him look like the happiest
person on the planet. It was really neat to see his face with
his mouth upturned. 

The days are short for all of us to be together. I really liked
having that time walking without rushing. Time goes by so fast,
I'm lucky to get time with all of us together. It will probably
always be that way. Enjoy the moments you get with the people
you love.
