Title: A View into the Dragon's Lair
Hi all! I just thought I would write a first post to give this phlogging thing 
and my new phlogging script a try. I'm hosting my gopher server (Gophernicus) 
on a Core2 Quad (Q9550) PC with 8GB of DDR2 RAM, 320GB in three SATA hard 
drives, a multi-memory card reader, floppy drive, Bluetooth dongle, and WiFi 
dongle, which is keeping it connected to the Linksys WRT1900AC OpenWRT router 
above it. Quite ironically, these specs are way overkill for gopher, and even 
the router itself could probably host the gopher hole. It took some work 
(replacing the power supply) to get the desktop back up but now it works great! 
It also will serve as an adblock, Asterisk, RStudio, and web server, amongst 
many other things.

Anyway, I look forward to keeping this phlog going regularly. I will be writing 
a parallel, and probably more frequently updated, phlog on SDF at the address
