1 # Hot Choccy (aka Hot Chocolate)
2 Hot choccy is a wonderful beverage to have in the morning, afternoon,
3 or evening. It is quite stimulating and can be used as a decadant
4 replacement for coffee or tea.

6 ## Ingredients
7 For ~4 Cups of dry powder:
8 - Sugar, 225g
9 - Regular Cocoa, 90g
10 - Dark Cocoa, 60g
11 - Salt, 2.175g
12 - Cinnamon, 2.175g

14 For a single serving:
15 - 1 tablespoon of the dry powder
16 - 250ml of boiling water
17 - 3 tablespoons of milk

19 ## Directions
20 For the powder:
21 1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk gently to combine.
22 2. Pour into an airtight storage container.

24 For a single serving:
25 1. Add powder to mug.
26 2. Boil water, add to mug.
27 3. Add milk to mug.
28 4. Stir.
