            6 - Asian Sesame oil, two tbsp
            7 - Chopped garlic, two tsp.
            8 - Soy sauce, two tbsp
            9 - Salt to taste
           10 - Black pepper to taste
           11 - Soy curls, two cups
           12 - Basil leaves, one cup

           15 1. Heat a wok on medium flame
           16 2. Add the oil and garlic
           17 3. Cook the garlic; once browned, add the soy curls
           18 4. After the soy curls are half cooked, add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper
           19 5. Add in the basil leaves
           20 6. Cook further for ten minutes
