            5 # Ingredients
            6 - Asian Sesame oil, two tbsp
            7 - Chopped garlic, two tsp
            8 - Green onions, three tbsp
            9 - Coconut milk, half cup
           10 - Lentil, two cups
           11 - Chopped fresh dill, two tbsp
           12 - Vegetable oil, two tbsp
           13 - Soy sauce, two tbsp
           14 - Salt to taste
           15 - Black pepper to taste
           16 - Quinoa, two cups
           17 - Mix Chinese spices, one tbsp
           18 - Chopped onions, two tbsp

           20 # Instructions
           21 1. Heat a wok on medium flame
           22 2. Add in the oil and let it heat up
           23 3. Add the onions and cook it until translucent
           24 4. Add in the garlic and cook it for two minutes
           25 5. Add in the lentil and cook it for five minutes
           26 6. Add in the quinoa and bell peppers
           27 7. Add the soy sauce, mix Japanese spices, salt and pepper into the wok and cook for five minutes
           28 8. Add in the coconut milk
           29 9. Let the mixture cook for about ten minutes until a boil comes in the stew
           30 10. Cover the mixture for five minutes
           31 11. Add in the sesame oil, green onions and fresh chopped dill on top
